Hi Angie - Honestly, I don’t snack or use sugar. I like a blend of Allulose and Erythritol as a sweetener on my keto diet. I’ve been slacking on my exercise lately…I’ve been ome obsessed with learning food prevention methods. I’ve learned to make yogurt and 2 types of sauerkraut so far this week. I just decanted my very first batch of beef bone broth today!🤩 Your meals always look so tasty 🤤 ❤❤❤
