I think the issue is the game is a grinding game and he's been grinding for years. To be fair he's already completed the leveling grind 2 times, doing it again would be exhausting.
I do too hence why I always support people playing classes that are always swept under the rug but pushing content is undeniably harder. I will take this into consideration king
coming from someone who was in the same spot as you. you need to hard push one. you want to min max to much, and trying to juggle multiple characters will just leave you exhausted tbh! When I decided to just hard push my BM the game become soooooo much better!
honestly I think this might be it, but im afraid I might get bored so I'm using the DB and MM as "hey I wanna mess around for a bit" type of characters if the grind ever bogs me down
I’d say start back on Hyperion as it is truly a fresh server still and you can start a new class and still aim to be number 1 and pick a class that you truly can enjoy not for us but for yourself this isn’t a race but a marathon good luck brother💪🏾
I gotta say I love the hyperion progression but I also love CM lol. Started playing it on hyperion and ive never had as much fun with a class as I do with CM, and if you feel like you like CM more than MM or DB then just go for it
the fact that it's hyperion makes it interesting, even if you've already made content from that stage of progression! but you should def just pick what you would have the most fun with
I'm literally going through the same issue. I burned a Night Walker after heavy research prior to the New Age event. Every video I watched would mention how strong NW was and how it's a great class for 6th job. The class is great and the playstyle is fine, but I'm not really having "fun" with it. I got him to level 263 and dropped him completely. Now, I'm conflicted about what to do. I feel like not playing my Night Walker is a waste since I invested so many resources and time into him. However, I don't have the time to level anything else at the moment. I'm thinking I'll take a break until the next burning event and level something I actually enjoy. As opposed to leveling something at the top of a tier list. The problem is that there's no real way of knowing how you'll feel about the class until you get to 6th job and actually play the class. You're kinda just praying that things work out once you unlock all your nodes and skills. As cliche as it sounds, you gotta just play what you find fun. It's a hard lesson I'm still trying to learn after playing for 15+ years. Also, I enjoyed your Cannoneer content. If you're going to invest that much time into maple, might as well play something you're actually having fun with.
Hopefully you find the class that's right for you, I'm also really glad that I can relate to somebody struggling to find what they really enjoy. Your opinion means a lot and I'll consider it strongly
NGL I'm in the same boat with my main which is a corsair, im 261 atm and I feel like even with maxed 5th job and working on arcanes, I still haven't decided if I wanna main it yet. Plus corsair just got massively devalued now that there's literally a 6th job summon coming out, so its only benefit is power crept. Picking a class in this game is so difficult because of how much time it takes to actually see whether a class is fun or not.
@@Ohhsoodead Very true, picking a main is VERY hard because you can't judge a class before it's 200 and even long after 200 you may not be able to assess all the real pros and cons of the class until doing endgame bosses and endgame mobbing. Even if you pick a good one you may always think something else may be better.
Your point about NW being boring is something that I've noticed since many years ago. Shapaz is #1 NW and he's only restarted the game in 2022 and that's because most NWs before that have quit out of boredom. The class is just too simple even though it has almost everything for both bossing and mobbing. And people get drawn into it by the bite farming aspect but that's hardly enough to justify maining a class that is boring in other aspects.
@@akkad398 got the idea from kobe, since he plays on two reboot servers, he just does his weekly bosses on NA, and mains KMS. to add onto that, if the MM series ends, you can wait for next hyperburn, and start a season 2 hyperion w/ lets say cannoneer or a class you've really wanted to try

Happy new year 🥳 Bear with me 🐻 it’s going to be long: I started playing MapleStory (after fixing my nostalgia itch with private server) mainly because of the bosses - they looked awesome! Graphically and mechanically. So my main goal was to fight them, to beat them (and obviously not get carried), which is why I have chosen a class among the 10 best classes at the time (Destiny) - after trying out several of them, Buccaneer seemed like the one that fits my playstyle the most with its mobility. It was an extremely good choice and I had fun both while grinding (pre Grandis) and while bossing because I could reach the point of being able to struggle them sooner and because the class was enjoyable to boss with. After a while I saw a weekly bossing video of the Hayato class (among others), and it looked so damn awesome I had to hyper burn it at Ignition!! Which I did, and I invested into it both mesos and shitloads of nodes getting perfect trios and maxing most important skills at the time. And it was even more fun to boss with than the Buccaneer! I should just switch main ti it! And here start the problems: 1. No vac pet on it. 2. It was more input intensive and cooldown managed to grind with. 3. It was far weaker than Bucc. 4. Doing slime was just awful. So after reevaluating why I even play MapleStory in the first place - which as mentioned before is bossing - I have set a goal to myself to reach the BlackMage in the easiest way possible (which I didn’t, but still managed to complete ctene with party by the time I have quit). Bucc which was easier to grind with (269 final level) and hit harder was the obvious choice even though I enjoyed bossing with Hayato more. Annnnd I funded Hayato just a bit more and continued to boss with it as a powerful bossing me - win win situation! So my recommendation to you: 1. set a clear goal to yourself, and find the cheapest way (time to reach it and fatigue) to reach it. 2. Split a small fraction of time here and take small breaks for other projects and make 80% of the enjoyment in 20% of the time. Let’s face it, the real barrier for end game characters is dailies and weeklies, and not the constant grind. I don’t know your true goals, but from what I watched in this video, it did seem like your goal was to be a top dog in hyperion, which can only be achieved by continuing the hard vacless grind, either change your goal if you dislike it so much or keep at it. And on the side - do dailies and boss in Kronos, maybe from time to time grind a bit as well there, it will consume with how much you play like 20-30% of your weekly playtime, which isn’t little, but it will help in two ways: keep you sane, and give your more diverse content for RUclips. Because as a content creator, why choose one route in the first place? Post content for the marksman, post content for the db, and post content for the cannoneer - time is an issue for making videos, but that’ll be your responsibility to decide how to manage it.
I appreciate the insight it was a long read 🤣 This is an interesting perspective on creating content and splitting it up between the multiple classes that I have this might be potentially what ends up happening in the future considering my inability to commit to anything 💀 I'll give it some thought though very insightful
I only picked cm as a main because of you. However weak the class is, I still love it. It does need some love, but so do you. We should all be happy you still make content. Thanks for the work.
Let's be honest. Hyperion is not all that unique because its literally just a new account. We all know the legion process, struggle parties etc. The most unique option of the 3 and the one I personally want to see is the CM. A class that is shit on daily for doing no dmg... so seeing that in end game bosses would be much more enjoyable than you telling us how you farmed and struggled and got items to 17. Either way your content is top tier so ill watch regardless.
Hey bro I've been keeping up with your content for a while now. And honestly based on what I've seen it looks to me like you're always striving to become to best. That's a good thing because it shows that you have ambition. You chose to switch mains when you were in Kronos going from CM to DB. I'm sure there were multiple reasons why but from what I can tell it's because of the limitations you were having with the CM. 1. not having a pottable badge put you at a disadvantage. 2. CM underperforming compared to the other classes Asking your audience about what they want to see from you isn't necessarily a bad thing but you have to remember that it's ultimately about what YOU want. This is because if your audience wants to see something that you personally don't want to do then you're putting yourself in a position that could lead to burn out. Instead I think you should make your own decision based on what you enjoy. By choosing to pursue the thing that you enjoy you'll have a better mental and your viewers will be able to see that. This is important because why would people even watch a content creator who doesn't enjoy what he's doing? That being said you mentioned in this video that CM was the class that you enjoyed the most. Yes the class is weaker than the other classes. Yes it doesn't have a pottable badge. "I can't become to best version of myself with those limitations" but who cares the best version of yourself is the one that's happy and motivated. I know how much of a beast you can be at this game and honestly it would be a shame not being able to see that version of you. I say CM but remember it's about what YOU want brother
I understand this sentiment very well. The issue is I'm finding it very hard to really understand what I want, because I feel like I know what it is but I end up slowing down because the sense of enjoyment slowly dissipates. I thought playing the marksman on Hyperion was going to be the end all be all, but now I get the feeling that I may be making a mistake, but if I return to Kronos the same logic might hold true considering how stale the endgame is. And all of this in the end is a large time commitment that I don't want to waste to something Im not really sure of. Hence why I am asking for opinions because I know that at least if things aren't going perfectly smooth I know I'm at least making content that people enjoy. Granted I know everybody prefers their own in terms of what I play and I've been getting comments from both sides (except my DB poor thing 💀) And I've been taking people's words thoughts and suggestions into heavy consideration
I'm gonna keep it a buck with you.... I dont think this comes down to which server you play. You can constantly keep switching back and forth and gain that feeling of refreshment from playing on the server you weren't playing on for a while for the first time in months, and then its gonna get stale again. This game is the same thing over and over again.. content is always gonna dry up at some point because you need to farm. It's gonna be the same kind of content no matter what and people are still gonna continue to watch you despite your decision, and you're still gonna have reach to new people if you put the effort in regardless of what server it is. Just do what you believe you're enjoying more because at the end of the day you're gonna run into this problem again when you're farming on your cm in kronos and seeing all the cool stuff is happening on hyperion, maybe another hype wave hits, and youll just think "Should I go back?". If you're having a problem with fun on this game then I think you should take a break, slow down, and come back refreshed. It's all hitting mobs at the end of the day... even when you're at the end game. It's just hitting mobs.. over ... and over... again... doesnt matter which server it is that is the part of the game that will never change and makes up for 99% of your time on it. Content / enjoyment getting stale to you is inevitable, but content for people watching can theoretically stay infinitely entertaining no matter what depending what you do with it
Ultimately I agree and I'm giving it some thought before I make a return to something I will commit to fully. The last time I made what I consider I relatively good commitment to the game is my DB but I wasn't able to document it very much or make content because I was managing my guild so a lot of the progress I made kind of got lost in space. I do however want to make a decision in a short span of time though because it feels bad taking large breaks and not making content
I've been digging the marksman bro and i think hyperion adds to the excitement. However, I have to agree with a lot of people in the comments and you should truly choose what you find the most fun
Tbh play whichever class you prefer most. There is going to be that “stale” part of maple where there’s few events going on and not a lot to do other than to farm and save for events. Playing what you want to play will make the gains you make more exciting for you and not make it “forced content” that you become unhappy with results
I started following you because you played cannoneer (as I also play CM). I personally would prefer cannoneer content, but I do know that there aren’t that many CM mains.
I'd say Hyperion is the play but I'd just take it easy until vac pets are out, and totally get that its very taxing when it comes to farming in grandis when you dont have them. I also think Hyperion will have a bigger payout in terms of content later on. Will watch whatever u decide to do anyways so no pressure on the matter.
We used to run BM together on your CM back when I was a DB. I push for early clears now and it's a lot of fun clearing the newest content before you're able to just giga over stat the boss like most party's just wait for. It's also a bit competitive since many party's will be trying to clear before each other. If you value that then probably should pick one of the Kronos toons since Hyperion is so far behind and Kronos has a bigger pool of end game players. GL
The contrast between Kronos and Hyperion is this Hyperion getting the earliest clears possible is most feasible here Whereas in Kronos clearing the content before I would in Hyperion lies here, and it is ofc where most people I know play.
I like CM more but feel like there's really not much to do for DB or CM lol, it's really up to what you find more enjoyable, doing things for the 3rd time on marksman or minmax your end-game characters - Also vac pets are datamined to come out jan 10th
I think you should make a new account in hyperion as a cannon master. I made the mistake of when I first started to just jump on the bandwagon of a class I didn’t really enjoy but now I made a brand new account on hyperion to reap all the rewards and went back to my main class and it just feels like home again. You can easily progress back to where you are :)
Ive loved seeing you progressing in Hyperion, but the most important thing is that you enjoy what you do. If I had the time myself I would love something like Hyperion since it’s a fair playground for everyone and it was released same patch as the 6th job came out so people could choose what class they liked with that in mind. But I think if u enjoy Kronos more then you should swap back. Keep doing what you feel is right for you and you will still have me watching your videos ❤

Hello, it's someone from the stream here. If that's about the vac pet, I've heard they're coming back soon. That said, watching you have fun and feel enthusiastic about what you're doing is a lot better than the server X vs Y or class A vs B vs C decision you're trying to make. Back on the first few weeks of Hyperion you were on the peak of the hype, the energy was high and the vibe was good, we could clearly see that you were not only enjoying the content you were providing, but enjoying yourself too. Viewers do in fact have preferences on what kind of content they'd like to watch, including the class. However, letting this be the main factor of your final decision might not work as well as you think, as watching you play a class that feels insifferable for you just because it was the most voted will for sure affect the vibe of the stream. With that in mind, I pick Cannoneer. Why? Because you said it looks good, it feels good, and you enjoyed it. As simple as that.
It's not that I necessarily find any class "insufferable" granted I don't enjoy the farming on the MM as of right of now because of how taxing it is grandis. It's just I have multiple options and I was just looking for opinions to see which class people will enjoy the most as a way of helping me ultimately decide. I enjoy all 3 of my characters and that's what makes it really hard to decide, I know I'm going to struggle on whichever character I play in it's own regard but I know that if working through the tough moments produces something good then that will make me very happy.
@@akkad398 May I ask in what way you find MM grind in grandis taxing? Just out of curiosity, because I'm a MM main myself and I've always found it pretty easy. Maybe you haven't found the most comfortable rotation, and I also agree that a vac pet makes it even easier. I've HEARD that vac pets are coming back next week, but don't quote me on that. Also, if you need any advice or rotation for MM, I can definitely help. Not so much for the others tho, as I don't play CM or DB, but I'm sure you're very knowledgeable on both of those already haha
@@Jaaaxi it's mostly the pet. But the fact that im also constantly buffing without split shot makes the class very high maintenance when split shot is not active. I have found a rotation in hotel arcus that nets me about 17.5k kills an hour but it's extremely high maintenance between maintaining the kill speed alone because of my low damage overall and having to loot the map because of a lack of vac. (Not a rapper btw.) Granted if both of these issues were resolved I know I'd have a much better time, but I don't see myself doing this kind of farming over a sustained period of time
@@akkad398 Are you sure you're not trying to progress too fast to an area that you're still sac gated? Split will definitely make you one shot everything, but pierce itself is also very strong. You can cycle gskills for the extra support fro pierce while split is down, and the bird also helps a lot in this downtime, so make sure to alternate split and bird, and loot while split is down. My favorite map in Arcus was Theater 6, but even though it got remodeled, it's still solid. I'll watch your next stream if I'm up at the time to see how u train, cuz MM shouldn't be high maintenance at all
My own personal choice is id like to see you play Corsair. I’ve taken a liking to it and wanna see an actual good player progress on it. Now for your options I think if you enjoy CM the most, play that man. The content won’t be fun or hype for us if it’s not fun for you.
I'm going to be honest I've actually tried maining corsair but the sheer amount of deployables alongside the fact a lot of corsairs buffs and summons are on different timers makes the class absolutely insufferable for me even though the class has similar movement and tech to cannoneer. So as much as I'd love to this won't be happening 😔 I appreciate the input and will give it some thought
Did you continue to use the fake absolab until arcane? Im not sure if I should farm out a real abso weapon with better lines so that I can meet the hluwill requirements. I really dont wana wait 3 months farming droplets
yes I did, you should be able to smash those requirements even with a fake absolab weapon. I was clearing up to hard darknell in a party with that same gear but with an absolab weapon.
As long as ur content continues to be educational thats what i watch for so whether u go back to kronos or stay in Hyperion doesnt matter to me that much
If you can at all enjoy the marksman I'd love to see your push towards xtreme bosses, if thats something you see yourself doing! But also don't want to be part of some kind of random internet peer pressure that makes you do something you wouldn't enjoy.
Yes I used blacks for drop rate. After hitting the past few equips I've seen a huge increase in drag drop rate as my drop has gone from roughly 150 > 250 I've heard there is a drop rate cap at 240 which I can't confirm whether is true or not, but I was planning on finishing hybrids regardless for more ring boxes from bosses, and coping for pitched
To be honest Akkad I always enjoyed your cannoneer content. Not very many streamers that main that class. I always enjoy your streams but Hyperion does seem a bit repetitive and slow moving. The server isn’t that populated so it’s definitely more fun to watch you play on Kronos on your true main. Your cannoneer. I miss those days.
I'd say to stay on Hyperion and make a Cannoneer brand new on that same account. You already worked so hard to get 6k legion. About pvac, i'm sorry man but the whole "farming without pvac is boring/annoying" kind of annoyed me. Just deal with it until there's a pvac sale, which I'm pretty sure it should come soon. If you don't enjoy farming on Marksman that's fine, work on the Cannoneer in the meantime and just do bosses on the Marksman or grind when you need nodes for your new main. Making new and excting on content on Maplestory isn't easy, everyone's already done everything lol. What's exciting imo is the whole new reboot server and looking at the whole world progress.
6k isn't an issue in terms of how long it took to get it. But honestly this might be a good idea, granted it would involve way more farming just to return to the point that I've reached as of now. I'll take this into consideration and appreciate the feedback.
I would love to be this optimistic but doing dailies on multiple characters is extremely time consuming, especially for characters that progress really fast and have lots of dailies to complete
I rather ypu play what makes you feel good, and if its CM id watch you progress to end end game plus who wants to really start over on maple its too much time gated crap to be doing that. Only reason why i didnt start in Hyperion on again. I put way too many hours to get to where im at in Kronos.

you can make the MM end goal clear BM, then revive your cannoneer, and if you don't enjoy it, you always have a stacked account on hyperion!

Let's be honest. Hyperion is not all that unique because its literally just a new account. We all know the legion process, struggle parties etc. The most unique option of the 3 and the one I personally want to see is the CM. A class that is shit on daily for doing no dmg... so seeing that in end game bosses would be much more enjoyable than you telling us how you farmed and struggled and got items to 17. Either way your content is top tier so ill watch regardless.
Hey bro I've been keeping up with your content for a while now. And honestly based on what I've seen it looks to me like you're always striving to become to best. That's a good thing because it shows that you have ambition. You chose to switch mains when you were in Kronos going from CM to DB. I'm sure there were multiple reasons why but from what I can tell it's because of the limitations you were having with the CM.
1. not having a pottable badge put you at a disadvantage. 2. CM underperforming compared to the other classes
Asking your audience about what they want to see from you isn't necessarily a bad thing but you have to remember that it's ultimately about what YOU want. This is because if your audience wants to see something that you personally don't want to do then you're putting yourself in a position that could lead to burn out. Instead I think you should make your own decision based on what you enjoy. By choosing to pursue the thing that you enjoy you'll have a better mental and your viewers will be able to see that. This is important because why would people even watch a content creator who doesn't enjoy what he's doing?
That being said you mentioned in this video that CM was the class that you enjoyed the most. Yes the class is weaker than the other classes. Yes it doesn't have a pottable badge. "I can't become to best version of myself with those limitations" but who cares the best version of yourself is the one that's happy and motivated. I know how much of a beast you can be at this game and honestly it would be a shame not being able to see that version of you. I say CM but remember it's about what YOU want brother
I understand this sentiment very well. The issue is I'm finding it very hard to really understand what I want, because I feel like I know what it is but I end up slowing down because the sense of enjoyment slowly dissipates. I thought playing the marksman on Hyperion was going to be the end all be all, but now I get the feeling that I may be making a mistake, but if I return to Kronos the same logic might hold true considering how stale the endgame is. And all of this in the end is a large time commitment that I don't want to waste to something Im not really sure of. Hence why I am asking for opinions because I know that at least if things aren't going perfectly smooth I know I'm at least making content that people enjoy.
Granted I know everybody prefers their own in terms of what I play and I've been getting comments from both sides (except my DB poor thing 💀)

I'm gonna keep it a buck with you.... I dont think this comes down to which server you play. You can constantly keep switching back and forth and gain that feeling of refreshment from playing on the server you weren't playing on for a while for the first time in months, and then its gonna get stale again. This game is the same thing over and over again.. content is always gonna dry up at some point because you need to farm. It's gonna be the same kind of content no matter what and people are still gonna continue to watch you despite your decision, and you're still gonna have reach to new people if you put the effort in regardless of what server it is. Just do what you believe you're enjoying more because at the end of the day you're gonna run into this problem again when you're farming on your cm in kronos and seeing all the cool stuff is happening on hyperion, maybe another hype wave hits, and youll just think "Should I go back?". If you're having a problem with fun on this game then I think you should take a break, slow down, and come back refreshed. It's all hitting mobs at the end of the day... even when you're at the end game. It's just hitting mobs.. over ... and over... again... doesnt matter which server it is that is the part of the game that will never change and makes up for 99% of your time on it. Content / enjoyment getting stale to you is inevitable, but content for people watching can theoretically stay infinitely entertaining no matter what depending what you do with it
Ultimately I agree and I'm giving it some thought before I make a return to something I will commit to fully. The last time I made what I consider I relatively good commitment to the game is my DB but I wasn't able to document it very much or make content because I was managing my guild so a lot of the progress I made kind of got lost in space.
I do however want to make a decision in a short span of time though because it feels bad taking large breaks and not making content

Tbh play whichever class you prefer most. There is going to be that “stale” part of maple where there’s few events going on and not a lot to do other than to farm and save for events. Playing what you want to play will make the gains you make more exciting for you and not make it “forced content” that you become unhappy with results
I started following you because you played cannoneer (as I also play CM). I personally would prefer cannoneer content, but I do know that there aren’t that many CM mains.

I'd say Hyperion is the play but I'd just take it easy until vac pets are out, and totally get that its very taxing when it comes to farming in grandis when you dont have them. I also think Hyperion will have a bigger payout in terms of content later on. Will watch whatever u decide to do anyways so no pressure on the matter.

We used to run BM together on your CM back when I was a DB. I push for early clears now and it's a lot of fun clearing the newest content before you're able to just giga over stat the boss like most party's just wait for. It's also a bit competitive since many party's will be trying to clear before each other. If you value that then probably should pick one of the Kronos toons since Hyperion is so far behind and Kronos has a bigger pool of end game players. GL
The contrast between Kronos and Hyperion is this
Hyperion getting the earliest clears possible is most feasible here
Whereas in Kronos clearing the content before I would in Hyperion lies here, and it is ofc where most people I know play.

I like CM more but feel like there's really not much to do for DB or CM lol, it's really up to what you find more enjoyable, doing things for the 3rd time on marksman or minmax your end-game characters - Also vac pets are datamined to come out jan 10th
I think you should make a new account in hyperion as a cannon master. I made the mistake of when I first started to just jump on the bandwagon of a class I didn’t really enjoy but now I made a brand new account on hyperion to reap all the rewards and went back to my main class and it just feels like home again. You can easily progress back to where you are :)
this would be a really good idea, but losing all the NX + 6k might be a little tough.

Ive loved seeing you progressing in Hyperion, but the most important thing is that you enjoy what you do. If I had the time myself I would love something like Hyperion since it’s a fair playground for everyone and it was released same patch as the 6th job came out so people could choose what class they liked with that in mind. But I think if u enjoy Kronos more then you should swap back. Keep doing what you feel is right for you and you will still have me watching your videos ❤

Hello, it's someone from the stream here. If that's about the vac pet, I've heard they're coming back soon.
That said, watching you have fun and feel enthusiastic about what you're doing is a lot better than the server X vs Y or class A vs B vs C decision you're trying to make. Back on the first few weeks of Hyperion you were on the peak of the hype, the energy was high and the vibe was good, we could clearly see that you were not only enjoying the content you were providing, but enjoying yourself too. Viewers do in fact have preferences on what kind of content they'd like to watch, including the class. However, letting this be the main factor of your final decision might not work as well as you think, as watching you play a class that feels insifferable for you just because it was the most voted will for sure affect the vibe of the stream.
With that in mind, I pick Cannoneer. Why? Because you said it looks good, it feels good, and you enjoyed it. As simple as that.
It's not that I necessarily find any class "insufferable" granted I don't enjoy the farming on the MM as of right of now because of how taxing it is grandis. It's just I have multiple options and I was just looking for opinions to see which class people will enjoy the most as a way of helping me ultimately decide.
I enjoy all 3 of my characters and that's what makes it really hard to decide, I know I'm going to struggle on whichever character I play in it's own regard but I know that if working through the tough moments produces something good then that will make me very happy.
@@akkad398 May I ask in what way you find MM grind in grandis taxing? Just out of curiosity, because I'm a MM main myself and I've always found it pretty easy. Maybe you haven't found the most comfortable rotation, and I also agree that a vac pet makes it even easier. I've HEARD that vac pets are coming back next week, but don't quote me on that. Also, if you need any advice or rotation for MM, I can definitely help. Not so much for the others tho, as I don't play CM or DB, but I'm sure you're very knowledgeable on both of those already haha
@@Jaaaxi it's mostly the pet. But the fact that im also constantly buffing without split shot makes the class very high maintenance when split shot is not active. I have found a rotation in hotel arcus that nets me about 17.5k kills an hour but it's extremely high maintenance between maintaining the kill speed alone because of my low damage overall and having to loot the map because of a lack of vac. (Not a rapper btw.) Granted if both of these issues were resolved I know I'd have a much better time, but I don't see myself doing this kind of farming over a sustained period of time
@@akkad398 Are you sure you're not trying to progress too fast to an area that you're still sac gated? Split will definitely make you one shot everything, but pierce itself is also very strong. You can cycle gskills for the extra support fro pierce while split is down, and the bird also helps a lot in this downtime, so make sure to alternate split and bird, and loot while split is down. My favorite map in Arcus was Theater 6, but even though it got remodeled, it's still solid. I'll watch your next stream if I'm up at the time to see how u train, cuz MM shouldn't be high maintenance at all
My own personal choice is id like to see you play Corsair. I’ve taken a liking to it and wanna see an actual good player progress on it.
Now for your options I think if you enjoy CM the most, play that man. The content won’t be fun or hype for us if it’s not fun for you.
I'm going to be honest I've actually tried maining corsair but the sheer amount of deployables alongside the fact a lot of corsairs buffs and summons are on different timers makes the class absolutely insufferable for me even though the class has similar movement and tech to cannoneer. So as much as I'd love to this won't be happening 😔

yes I did, you should be able to smash those requirements even with a fake absolab weapon. I was clearing up to hard darknell in a party with that same gear but with an absolab weapon.
As long as ur content continues to be educational thats what i watch for so whether u go back to kronos or stay in Hyperion doesnt matter to me that much

Yes I used blacks for drop rate.
After hitting the past few equips I've seen a huge increase in drag drop rate as my drop has gone from roughly 150 > 250
I've heard there is a drop rate cap at 240 which I can't confirm whether is true or not, but I was planning on finishing hybrids regardless for more ring boxes from bosses, and coping for pitched
To be honest Akkad I always enjoyed your cannoneer content. Not very many streamers that main that class. I always enjoy your streams but Hyperion does seem a bit repetitive and slow moving. The server isn’t that populated so it’s definitely more fun to watch you play on Kronos on your true main. Your cannoneer. I miss those days.

I'd say to stay on Hyperion and make a Cannoneer brand new on that same account. You already worked so hard to get 6k legion. About pvac, i'm sorry man but the whole "farming without pvac is boring/annoying" kind of annoyed me. Just deal with it until there's a pvac sale, which I'm pretty sure it should come soon. If you don't enjoy farming on Marksman that's fine, work on the Cannoneer in the meantime and just do bosses on the Marksman or grind when you need nodes for your new main.
Making new and excting on content on Maplestory isn't easy, everyone's already done everything lol. What's exciting imo is the whole new reboot server and looking at the whole world progress.
6k isn't an issue in terms of how long it took to get it.
But honestly this might be a good idea, granted it would involve way more farming just to return to the point that I've reached as of now.

I would love to be this optimistic but doing dailies on multiple characters is extremely time consuming, especially for characters that progress really fast and have lots of dailies to complete
I rather ypu play what makes you feel good, and if its CM id watch you progress to end end game plus who wants to really start over on maple its too much time gated crap to be doing that. Only reason why i didnt start in Hyperion on again. I put way too many hours to get to where im at in Kronos.
