    All of his videos are super helpful and appreciated. I am in LOVE with his energy, his passion, his personality and how easy he is to listen to. I make sure I select his classes during the conventions too. I see he has a ring on his finger though, so I behave. lol

    Cues are good but isn’t the assessment goal to fix the overactive and under active muscles

    Kind of silly to pronounce anterior pelvic tilt or upwards shoulder rotation as 'bad' when you're measuring how the exercise looks under load. What are his normal positions of motion? How could we know what his positions of available contractile control are if we never bothered to look without load in the first place? The test biases us away from the ability to look at this movement objectively.
