    It doesn’t look like the real stuff but at least you tried to make it. Yours look more like a real donut recipe than an Asian fried crueller

    Thank you so much Sister for sharing the video. Some of the videos will take more times to cook this Cha Kvai. I have a question, you did not show or telling us what kinds of the Power flour for using to raise the flour. that is a Baking Soda or what kinds of Power flour? thanks,

      It's active yeast. This is use to make the flour rise. Add warm water and sugar to activate it and let it set for about 5 min. This was the first step in the video. Also use warm water for the flour, this will make the dough rise even more quickly. Let me know if you have other questions. I'm happy to help you.
