I love when you develop smaller builds. I always start my Sims out in tiny homes, but when I try to expand them it's like my Sims 1 brain kicks in, and I lose all the charm of the tiny and end with a sprawling mess. I love learning from you.
I think this might be the most beautiful starter home I’ve ever seen. I am in absolute awe. I know you don’t normally use cc in this series but I think the Harluxe cc set would look fabulous in this build when you decide to expand it

I adore treehouse-style builds. There’s not enough on the gallery and I struggle with building them. I still don’t understand why they haven’t put spiral staircases in. What exactly are they waiting for? We need more items like the lived-in wood swatch/textures of horse ranch pack. A lot of the base game and older pack stuff look too…plasticky. No need to justify, that sofa is brill. Goes in so many different builds. Love the end result! Going up two more levels on a bigger lot would be amazing. You could do like a slightly staggered build- like the different floors aren’t sandwiched directly above each other. Side note: That colour looks great on you 🤌 See you tomorrow 🫡
OMG OMG OMG its giving ✨Ubud✨ Can imagine this as a perfect stay for someone whose go to Bali for a spiritual journey. Maybe with yoga mat on the balcony, and of course a hose to wash the bumbum it will be 💯 spot on. Oh and a motorbike haha! I love this build so much, it felt like home. Love fresh sugarcane juice! Begging my mom for permission to get some was a big part of my childhood. It’s sweet, but not the heavy syrupy type that you get with pop/soda.
Just a suggestion...I know it will be developed over time, but I was thinking maybe turn the house around so the living area and bedroom get a view of the water. Absolutely adore the build. Would love to stay somewhere like this. ❤❤

Hi Adrian! Kudos from Brazil! Here the sugarcane drink is a very popular thing and you will almost always see it paired with "pastel" (pastel is a snack that is basically made of a really light dough that has a really delicious filling of your choice, the most common ones being meat and potatoes or chesse with ham and oregano, or as we call it the pizza pastel - after you assemble it, the pastel is deep fried). Back to the sugarcane, it is indeed a very sweet beverage, but we love it :) you have to visit us one day and try it all! Make sure to also enjoy our country and everything it has to offer, such as the famous Carnaval from Rio, the Paritins Festival, the amazing São João and much more 😘

I love that you used the hob and oven instead of those ghastly ovens everyone uses on a starter home in order to bring the price of the build down. These ovens piss me off to no end 😂
I struggled with that mod in the past, and it was because there's some quirk about the lot type or a lot trait you have to select for it to work. Unless it was an actual error, and then I have no clue.
A shame that you couldn’t get the mod to work. When you mentioned it I saw it as something I’ve always wanted in the game so I looked it up and added it to my game. I’ve been playing with a couple who live above a cafe. She is a writer while he gets up in the morning, opens the cafe (I click on the door and it says “Open Cafe”)and people come from near and far. Then I close up (click on the door again) in the afternoon and he heads up stairs for dinner and a relaxing evening with the wife. It’s my dream life it be a writer living above a cafe :)

did you ever redevelop the glimmberbrook or mt. komorebi starters? i didn't see them in the playlist and i'd love to see what you could do with them (if they're somewhere on your channel could you point me in the right direction?) love ur builds and ur landscaping is always amazing!
If I wasn't sparing with my money and if EA got their crap together...this build would convince me to get For Rent Aden 😭. This is absolutely beautiful. I would love to see something very similar to this but made with island living, so a bit more beachy than tropical than this? Either way this just gorgeous
Hey really love your build. Here i have made hanted fairground camps ( with a marionette theatre and a scene to make theatre or concert representation scene. The family who leave here is a couple of a witch and her local siren husban. they sell potion of luck and fresh fish. They're first son is a marionettist and love make represention for other child i really love this place in the sims. but you his asome. i don't knok how you make so beautiful gardens
