wow. a hundred pounds in six months and "constantly on a diet" both sound really unhealthy to me. it hasn't even been forty years yet, though - i hope he's still happy and healthy. adding just an hour and a half of aerobic exercise per week can help prevent cardiovascular disease and stroke.
