18:17 I remember this so vividly when to the point I thought Pat called John "an old asshole." My late pops said that Pat just called him a rascal. Did you ever had that thought when hearing it many moons ago?
Fun fact puzzles that were labeled under thing like macaroni and cheese 🧀 and chocolate 🍫 covered frozen banana 🍌 would be labeled under food and drink 🍸 in today's wheel of fortune;)
Why can't they say "From Television City in Hollywood" like they did when it was on CBS Daytime? They did that with the $100,000 Pyramid so I don't see why they can't with this.
The nighttime syndicated run of WOF was on various affiliates, even CBS, but for the nighttime show, they rather not say it because they think they would go to CBS. Fun fact, WOF morning said that byline before going for "From Hollywood, the Wheel is..." well, you know.
Man, the wheel was pretty unforgiving this go- pretty much didn't want to cough up anything bigger than a $550 until near the end of r3 where it finally coughed up a pair of $700s before a $900.
Happy 77th birthday Pat Sajak! 🎂🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈
He just taped his last... 🥺🥺🥺
He was only 34 in December 1981 on the 1st show even younger than I am at age 40 going on 41 years old today
Pat Sajak and Vanna White are the reigning King and Queen of _Wheel of Fortune_ since 1983.
And they will never convince me that they weren't fucking one another.
1982 actually, just before the syndicated series
@@judychang8760the did at one point
Since December 1981
1989 was a really good year for me in kindergarten and 1st grade and I remember watching this show as a 5 going on 6 year old child 🧒
I see the "yeah! Ow"! guy made his way to television city
Cynthia was ready for that one!
18:17 - "Did it again, you rascal."
Pre-9/11 stuff.📺💲🎭🇺🇲😎 (TV-G)
20:23 - "Family Feud" promo
Vanna's big, Dolly Parton hair
The hair stylist did too much! They didn't highlight her natural beauty.
@@yadirasotelo6377 It was the 80s
jolly jolly good.

Hearing the wheel sounds like an old lawnmower. lol

Now Ryan Secrest is hosting Wheel of Fortune. Wheel has not been the same since Pat Sajak retired.

They always wrote those 🧀 jokes!😅
Did...did he actually just say what I think he said @18:17? LOLOL
He said "rascal"
@@TR47 oh good. My jaw was on the floor for a moment! 🤣
@@TR47, I love Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy

I'll never understand why contestants always waste money buying the last vowel right before solving.
John didn't know the last word was banana, so he bought a vowel he knew was there.
Just to make sure they know the puzzle, but sometimes it’s worthless
I don’t understand why people now spin the wheel one time, find a letter, and then buy EVERY DAMN VOWEL IN THE ALPHABET
@@untexanto fill in spaces.
Pat said an bonus round answer when he said vowel and the bonus puzzle is VOWELS. How did a contestant not notice that he said an answer?!
I never like the '90s logo.
I’m glad they went back to a variation of the original in 1992!
For this Bonus Puzzle, I would have picked the following 4 Letters.
W
V
B
O
