@@leonelcarita yea it is, that’s how you make ice cream rolls, they freeze the tray and it becomes covered in frost. Chocolate isn’t as soft so it’s a bit harder to scrape and doesn’t make as perfect of a spiral. The sharp edges of the spatula are scraping up frost, not metal

These are all very messy “home kitchen” experiments by the look of it. Doesn’t look like a professional kitchen or professional appliances they’re using. Nothing wrong with that but the frozen untempered chocolate was a giveaway.
