I have had this book for ages I bought two because I knew my daughter would steal it from me like she did another book I bought. I never thought to use coloured markers with it. Amazing would love to see more
I'd love to see you do more of this with different supplies and techniques or styles! I haven’t really done art in a long while because it’s so much pressure to make it “good” in my head, I always do more realistic art and I just sweat in anxiety through the whole process. The end product might be good, but I don’t enjoy the process and what’s the point in a hobby if you don’t enjoy it? This actually looks relaxing and fun, I have to look into doodling and zentangles to see if this could actually get me out of my head.
I recently started drawing during my 45 min bus ride home. Reading, use my phone etc makes me sick but drawing not. I always have so many ideas for drawing or paintings when I’m out. The old microns are so good, but the ones I bought last year weren’t good, they were dead in a few days. Now I’m using the Faber Castell ones, I love the fudenoske brush ones they have now in small and medium sizes.
That's so interesting that you can draw while riding on the bus but not some other things. (A very good type of interesting though!) Also, a couple other comments have expressed some negative feelings about Microns, so you may be on to something about the newer ones lacking in quality. Thanks for reminding me I want to find my Fudenoske set.

I was also a sufferer of travel sickness, but what I'd do to avoid it was think about other things, so if not in conversation then I'd think of other things, my favourite past time was designing a video game (which I am now in the process of actually creating) idk, thinking up story ideas were also fun

Try and put a little more black spaces on the first page. That way your eye won’t get caught on the black moon shape nearly as much 😊 Page number one was my favourite ❤️

I have TERRIBLE motion sickness in the car. I can't read, I can't play games, I can't even read a map without getting car sick. But one thing I've found that I can do in the car is crochet. I've never heard of a reverse colouring book before, this is a great idea!

Hi! Love what you did with the pages! A suggestion for that first page where you went too dark -- add a few other dark spots throughout the picture. They can be small, but I think that will sort of spread out the dark areas and help that one area to not stand out.
I wonder if the company has changed the manufacturing process of these pens in recent years? Because I saw another comment or two that mentioned not liking Microns. 😕 Mine are so old I'm surprised they still work so well. I keep them in their container or in a pencil pouch when I don't use them, which I suppose could be helpful for not drying out - but also the lids should prevent that. I'm not sure
Sweetie, I can't read, or even sit in the back of a car because I get terrible motion sickness. It's horrible isn't it! You have my sympathy. I have found sucking on a ginger candy will settle it quite quickly believe it or not. Crystallized ginger for choice. It settles the stomach. Give it a try and I hope it works for you hun. You couldve put white marker on top to erase the black.
