I found out that lefty coloring books have the print on the left side page instead of the right. As a fellow lefty, I might try that out! I like adult coloring books (I tend to use watercolor brush markers and put a blotting page behind the work just in case), and I find myself turning them upside down with the 'righty' books.
I'm a teacher and this looks ike a really great alternative for traumatised kids to doodle in when they are having anxiety at school. Thank you for introducing this product! I hope you do indeed release a Chloe Rose version!
I don't know if you've heard about this, but I would recommend looking up stuff on neurographic art. There's quite a few videos on it, and it's a type of art therapy that could be helpful and fun. Hope you have a lovely day.
I think this concept could become the basis of a really fun art collaboration with friends. Get someone to paint or color a page, then swap and add lines to complete the work.
There are artists who are afraid to outline (ink) their art and there are artists who are afraid to color their art. I'm both lol so this is pretty awesome. You could have this book and a regular coloring book to practice getting comfortable with lining and comfortable with use of color. Very cool product and I LOVE seeing you use different things and get out of your comfort zone! I also LOVE when you're in your comfort zone because you make really amazing pieces of art. 😁
It's so cool to see how different your first page turned out from mine! I love the variation of line thickness as well as how flowy you are with the pen strokes. I saw an iguana with its nose pointing up in place of where your adorable goldfish was drawn. The Simpson's character haha I'm glad you tried this!!
You should definitely finish this book and make it a series - The first page gave me Wonderland vibes, kind of like the flowers in the Golden Afternoon scene with the Lion as the Dandelion. So pretty!
I feel like this would be a good activity for someone who has art block. Like there is no stress to make something perfect. You just get to interpret shapes and make some fun outlines
This book seems to be like those ink blobs therapists make you look at. Everyone sees something different. Only with all the color you end up drawing what you see so it can be fascinating that everyone can come up with different things :)
Not abstract enough for me. Half of the book looks so obviously like flowers. I'd like a more Rorscharch-y one with maybe greys and blacks so u can actually draw whatever and not end up with blue horse or smth.
I really like this. My non-artistic self would definitely stress over it but I'm still tempted.... I love that you can easily tear them out as well. Means you technically can scan the pages too if you wanted to print out more of the same design, either for a group activity, or to practice on, or even do different things with the same design!. I may have to check this out once it's available again...
I had the same issue in the middle-ish of the first drawing. I was afraid my computer had gone wonky, and came here to see if others had the same issue. It seemed to have fixed itself near the end of the first drawing though.
I got this book and I love it myself but I'm also doing a few pages with my 3 year old granddaughter to help nurture her imagenation. It's similar to spotting what clouds look like but as I'm house bound with a disability it's an easier activity to be able to do indoors
For my final year in college I had several works of art where I basically took rubbings of concrete and traced around the dark spots on the paper with black ink. They looked like black and white maps. Super fun!
I'd never heard of these books, but SO want one now :-) I'm almost 60 years old, and sit down to colour books in with my friend's children, colouring outside the lines in excitement, and having fun while my friends just stand there, shaking their heads at me :-D I love being in touch with my inner child, and so am definitely going to get some of these books for myself now :-) thank you for bringing these wonderful books to the public eye :-)
For the goldfish page I instantly saw 2 different scenes simultaneously, one of them was basically what you ended up drawing. The other scene was a cluster of volcanoes erupting where the blue was the sky, red/orange/yellow was lava, brown was the volcano/mountain, green was a jungle in the foreground, and pink was either fires or buildings (hadn't figured out pink entirely yet after only seeing it for like 3 seconds).
Goldfish is instantly what I saw. Your first fish turned out so cute! You definitely have to turn it into a new character to draw! I also saw an upside down jellyfish so you have to make it that!
I used to do this kind of thing a fair bit a few years ago. I used watercolour paper, a spray bottle of water, and pigment powders to make random colour fields. I would do a bunch all at once, and then gradually work through them. TBH, I turned a lot of them into faces. LOL
i love this concept! i was super artsy as a kid, but sadly much of my creativity was sort of trained out of me in school. but i had undiagnosed adhd until last year, so even though i couldn't decide what colors looked most "realistic" on a coloring page anymore, i always continued to doodle on the images on class worksheets (think funny hats and beards on historical figures) or make the titles more visually exciting in the church bulletin when i was bored during the sermon. and i did all of that with just a pen or pencil! this sounds like the perfect thing for me, i think i will love it (if i manage to get one lol)!
I see orange and blue butterflies fluttering around a stone fairy house with ferns and pink flower bundles. (I first saw butterflies flying around a skull not sure what type with ferns and vines going thru and around it with pink flower bundles)
I could see this being a really good exercise with people who wanted to practice fine motor skills and line confidence! I know I have pretty wobbly lines when I draw because my hands shake and I always use digital stabiliser, this is an amazing idea, absolute respect to Kendra for making this!
Love that this concept can be adapted to anything! It's almost an expansion of the art prompt of drawing blobs and creating characters out of them, but in this case starting from a more colorful composition. There was clearly an intent with some of the pieces, and not with others, really lending to the creativity of the line artist. Very cool. :)
I like how some of them are like a sort of Rorschach test. I could see where this would not only help some people as a form of therapy, but could also help a therapist to get a window on what's going on in the mind of a patient. This is actually a brilliant idea. Kudos to the person who came up with it. I not only want to try one, I want to make one.
When I saw what a reverse coloring book was, I felt intimidated, but after watching you do it, I feel a lot more confident! I was thinking the same thing about putting some paint down (I think watercolor would work well for this) if you want to make your own. Thanks for showing this!
I tried something similar. I grabbed my markers, made a lot of shapes wihout thinking on te paper and the came back to it and did lineart. Kind DIY Reversed coloring book. And although I realy do not like regular coloring book, this type of sparking creativity, I love so much! Great idea this book!
Hi Chloe ! Loves the video and honestly loved this concept for a book, it seems way more appealing than a regular coloring book to me at least ! Just wanted to point out that from 8:55 to 11:03 there is no voiceover, just music or silence, and I'm not sure it was intentional giving the editing during that part, it looked like your voice was initially there but got deleted somehow ? Just thought I would let you know ! Great work anyway, can't wait for the next one !
yeah i feel like she’s missing some voice in here because you can’t tell she’s talking with her hands and it’s actually not silent at all the music is adjusted down like she was supposed to talk i though my car bluetooth was messed up but i turned it way up and heard it lol
Thank you for letting me know!! I watched it through before exporting so I’m really confused 🥴 it must’ve been an error during the export 😖 sorry about that!
What an interesting idea…I always appreciate the lining that some artists do when they use pen over watercolor…Natasha Newton does this with her landscapes and birds. I always think “How does she choose those lines and patterns?” This could be a good exercise to train the artist eye…
Ohhhhh here i was curious on how you'd be able to reverse/erase the colours on the page to leave only the lines left. Did we invent a new magical painting technique or what?💀 But this seems like a lot of fun!
Reminds me of the hirameki style - there's a few books out there that help teach/practice the technique but it's a Japanese concept of drawing what you see from the blobs of paint/ink, really good fun to try out!
That seems to be a very zen calming book. I think you would do fun pictures in picture coloring. Your teddy bear is a prime example. 🐻 You make such cute critters that sticking a few around in one of these would be fun for you!! 😍 Both drawings turned out awesome!! 👏👏
For me, those orange things on the page made me think of flames in the sky. The kind of flames a dragon might create. Anyone with me on this idea? Love your channel Chloe, I realised that I missed this video when you posted it. So now I am binge watching the two videos I missed! Yay! Seriously tho Chloe, I missed seeing your video a few days ago when it came out. Don't know how that happened? I might get myself a book like that. It looks more interesting than simple colouring in books which I find really boring. I love both the pictures you did. They came out really well. God bless you and all those you love Chloe.
I've actually done something really similar to this. You gather up a few objects.. more for their shape than what they are. You color out areas of the items with colored pencils, markers, don't think it would work as well with water based paints/markers. Then you get some gesso and water it down so it's just an opaque wash, you can tint it a bit with acrylic ink, to maybe antique it, etc. Brush the gesso over the colors you drew out. Once it's dry and you get this cool muted, hazy colors. Then you take a fine liner pen and just start filling in shapes and designs, sticking with the lines of the original items or just going random
By the way I love your videos because I have CFS and when I'm doing exercises or stretching I listen to your videos and it helps so much and you got me into drawing and art and doing art help take my mind off things so thank you so much for making content ❤️
I'm sorry to hear you are struggling with that! It makes me glad to hear that it helps to take your mind off of things. Thank you for such a lovely comment! ✨take care 💕
I don't know about this. I love the pages as they come, and think it's cool that you can see coral and fishes in what is really just blobs of color. Having to put line work in might cause my heart to explode. I'm one of those people who struggles with art because I'm a perfectionist and I always try to be too literal. I think you did a great job. Maybe I should get one of these and practice letting go of control.
Lisa, I think these exercises will help develop the art interpretation side of the perfectionist brain. In art, I think some times we have to do things that scare us. It helps us improve.
This is very intriguing. I am a person whose talents are mainly musical. I’ve always wanted to be better in art but from an early age though all my attempts were so bad that I just started saying as a teen- I can’t draw a circle- and gave up. Fast forward nearly 50 years and I had a very vague but determined 2023 resolution-explore and use your creativity. I have started with watercolors and am trying to just enjoy the process, not to be judgy. This looks like a really different approach- I would really like to see you do more in this Reverse coloring book. Thank you for sharing!
I haven’t even watched yet but I clicked so fast because I have all three of Kendra’s reverse coloring books and LOVE them!!!!!!! I complete a page every day. Lol I found the bear too!!!!!
I love drawing but always have blocks in what to draw and I HATE colouring. So this is probably the best invention for art that I have seen to match me. Love it. Can't wait till mine comes.
I really need to start watching yr videos in the morning. The music and your creative vibes totally lifted my mood and gave me energy and I have been drrrrraaaagggging all day
Reminds me of the “Anti-Colouring Book”, which came out decades ago, with part of a picture drawn which you could then finish, or indeed of Mr Squiggle, a childhood TV favourite of mine here in Australia. Mr Squiggle was a marionette with a pencil for a nose, who would fill in squiggles sent in by viewers, to create a picture. This book is a delightful addition to those ideas!
Oh my goodness! This was so cool!! I feel that this is a good training for me to do loose watercolors, and if I don't care for the ending results, hey! I can doodle and turn it into whatever I can see "in the clouds" type of effect. Thanks so much! This was fun.
You are so talented...they looked like blobs to me but you brought them to life. I actually bought one of your Starry Night bear prints a while back and had it hanging on the wall by my desk at work. I have since changed jobs but my bear came along with me and is now on a different wall. I always got so many compliments on that bear and made sure to tell them about your channel.
I saw this book on Amazon quite some time ago, and even put it on my wish list. But I realized that it probably would just overwhelm me since I tend to get very anxious about drawing anything (I used to do draw quite well once upon a time). However, I knew that I would be be very anxious about what I should draw, and worrying if I can even draw what I imagine is on the page (I saw chicks instead of fish--LOL). That is one of the reasons conventional coloring books appeal to me. I'm all about color! Even when I did my own drawings and painting, I tended to just start by putting down different colors or tones onto a barely sketched (or scribbled outline) unless I had to do it a specific way for art class or something. People are different in how they best express themselves and what types of craft or art activity appeal to them, as well as what just makes them anxious. Even with coloring books, there are many different ones out there. They vary in the type of images are in the books, and even in the quality of paper the book is printed on (I have a few that actually are printed on watercolor stock). Some pictures are highly detailed with all sorts of designs within the main images ( I can't--I'll just color right over them). There are very simple drawing that look like they might be better suited for young children, but the simpler the image, the more the "colorist" can add to it. Some very talented artists who also like to color will actually add a lot of details that go beyond just coloring something in. I've seen people do an entire background, add characters, etc. Some adult coloring books, such as some by Johanna Basford, actually will encourage people to draw things in. Other colorists are content to fill in the blanks with whatever colors or media that appeals to them. I started to color to relax, and then as my health declined, this activity was often a welcome distraction to any pain. I do agree that for many, many people, conventional coloring books are not for them, and are unfortunate sources of anxiety and downright fear. So many people had unfortunate childhoods where well-meaning adults (?) screamed at them for "going out of the lines" or using the "wrong color"!! So I can understand the appeal of being able to do your own darn lines! If people could forget these spoilers of fun, then they might be able to relax and understand that it's actually "okay" to use "wrong colors" or even go DELIBERATELY out of the lines. The Coloring Police will not show up at your door to drag you away!😄 Recently, I've been trying to do more "start from scratch" artwork with varying success, so I might give that Reverse Coloring Book a try. I also would like to try your suggestion of of attempting to put down a bunch of color on the page and then draw over it. I would love to see a video on that idea for some tips! Sorry for such a long post! I hope I don't come off as being too defensive but I'm sitting in a room. Recently, I've been trying to do more "start from scratch" artwork with varying success, so I might give that Reverse Coloring Book a try. I also would like to try your suggestion of of attempting to put down a bunch of color on the page and then draw over it. I would love to see a video on that idea for some tips. surrounded by several shelves of coloring books, and some of my favorite artists have recently come out with more of their works! 😂I love your channel and your videos, and I love to see all kinds of art create things from their imagination. Thank you for all the encouragement and laughter you've given your audience over these years! 🥰🥰
The second page looked like flowers in front of a tomb stone 😅 I was definitely a sceptic about this but it actually looks really fun... I rarely do art but I might have to buy it anyway 😂 I'd love to see a part 2 and 3 and 4 where you do more - particularly the more abstract ones! Your goldfish looked really good ☺️
I do this all the time. I watercolour or paint or draw with alcohol markers on paper, then draw over . You can also switch it up by collaging on top then drawing over that as well.
This stresses me out so much😂😂 I’m a watercolour artist and I try stuff like this and I’m so bad at it. I’ve been wanting to do something like this with watercolours and then make the outlines out of embroidery since that’s another hobby but I’m such an over thinker about things like this. I’m the reverse (haha) and think this limits freedom (for me personally) but I’m the kind of person who watches people turn ink splatters into phenomenal art and think it’s witchcraft. It’s totally not that I think it’s a bad idea, I just know it’s not for me personally. I think this is a super fun concept and I’m glad it speaks to people and gets their creativity flowing!😊😊
Yeah, I just wrote a LONG post about this exact thing. I really start to overthink things like this, and get frustrated because my imagination is better than my skill set to achieve to what I have in mind. 😂😂Plus I'm a person who likes colors so much (and shiny things) that people have called me a "magpie" and I can actually spend hours just rearranging my paint palettes and pencil cases.
This looks so relaxing and fun! It really makes me want to try it. That pen...if you could show a freeze frame of it, or if you know where to get one, I'm obsessed already!
I really like the concept of a reverse coloring book, you can get copies and try to make different outlines as the mood strikes. So many different options! Your lines came out lovely. My favorite is all the little things you hid in.
This is such a great idea! Loved the outlines you created! 😍 Now I am going to try making similar pages for myself, by splattering some watercolour on paper. Let's see how it goes haha
At 12:35, I also see fishes and corals at the bottom of the ocean. Also, great video! Unfortunately, I think some parts of the audio are missing at some point, but it doesn’t matter, your drawings are beautiful! I would love to see more of it! Also I don’t know if I am the only one, but at 1:41 I see something pretty specific😅
This is just like I do with my watercolor doodles. I get watercolor paper and lay down color in general floral shapes then I use my pens to create the outlines later. My goal was to get familiar with watercolor while improving my line work and drawing skills. One of my favorite therapeutic activities.
Uuhh this kinda calls for a collab with sarahrenaeclark! I think she said she wanted to try out different mediums, so she could paint some watercolor shapes and templates and you can line them out, and vice versa you can draw random line stuff she can color in. I would love to watch that
I don't know if you ever got an answer for it but that pen is a "sign pen". The writing on it (if its the one I think it is) is: 筆文字が手軽に書けるサインペン Fudemoji ga tegaru ni kakeru sain pen "Sign pen that can write brush characters with ease!" 宛名書き用サインペン Atenagakiyou sain pen "Sign pen for addressing" 筆サイン Fude sain "Sign brush" 極細 Gokuboso "Extra fine"
I saw goldfish too with that particular page but I love what you've done in the book so far! I did also experience audio cut out in your video, if you see this comment ❤️
Okay I love this because there's not just one answer. With a normal coloring book, besides color differences, yours will basically look like everyone else's. With this ones, every one can be different and unique.
This sounds interesting. It's like doodling on a watercolor background, only the colors are provided for you. This would be good for practicing doodles. Edit I'm in Canada. I wonder if these coloring books are available here.
I have this book! The more abstract pink and orange one you showed at 1:40 I personally did as lines of like, goldfish, amd the first page I sort of made it into a big cat hiding in the flowers and weeds (that teal triangle blotch pointing down made me think of cat noses) but like, kinda made of the flowers and weeds too, kinda like a kelpie except feline. It was fun!
THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS! Like you, I sometimes struggle with creative block and I have tried all kinds of ways to deal with it. I am definitely going to try this. It seems like a serious block breaker, as well as a nice warm-up to day of creating. Can’t wait to order one.
It's so funny because for the one you drew fish on I saw a bunch of octopuses in coral. Both sea creatures. This is a really great idea and I can see how maybe it could help someone with artist block too. You just get to be creative.
When it comes to how I do my line art I find that it’s very hard for me as a beginner to control pens with flexible or brush nibs so I just use various tip thicknesses and then I’ll also go back and thicken up some lines or just make it look sketchy and intentional
I love this idea! My favorite thing with watercolor is to make random art and then go back and use a liner to turn it into whatever I see... this reminds me of that! ❤❤
Sarah's video popped up in my feed last week and I loved it! I thought it was so cool I promptly went to find reverse coloring books on Amazon. My bestie is a fan of zentangling and I knew this was a perfect surprise to send. Ordered it Friday, it was delivered Saturday and was an instant hit. Loved seeing your take on this! I agree with you - new trend!
Hey, Chloe. I am part of an art group and we actually did the exercise where we put in blobs of color then outlined what we saw. Very fun! I need this coloring book though.
The colored circle page I would practice making perfect circles. I love that's what I thought and she said fruit. This thing really brings out your personal image or thought process on random colors that you see
I would love to see you who think the whole book perhaps several of us will be able to get a copy and follow along. I think it would be very interesting to see how many variations one particular page could look like. Thanks for adding smiles to my day. Blessings.
Wow this looks like so much fun! I don't have time to paint much anymore but I always doodle with line, while I'm talking on the phone at work. This seems like a great idea for a DIY.
Ooo we sold these in a gift shop I worked (for a pop up art installation) and people loved them! Most people were confused at first, and my go to comparison was cloud gazing and picking out shapes lol
I see a school of colorful fish on the random page you chose. What a cool concept this is! I'd never seen one of these before now. I need to get some for our stress relieving sessions at work.
I've seen this a lot on twitter recently and honestly, I think it's the first of its kind! Love how you did yours and would love to see you do more pages!!
The first 100 people to use my promo code CHLOEROSE40 will get 40% off their first order of Hungryroot at bit.ly/3IIPauN

Military bootcamp will straighten those kids out. Just keep on reminding them how long till they turn 18 and can join the military.

it gets like that for me too and muted in random spots too. honestly glad im not the only one

yeah i feel like she’s missing some voice in here because you can’t tell she’s talking with her hands and it’s actually not silent at all the music is adjusted down like she was supposed to talk i though my car bluetooth was messed up but i turned it way up and heard it lol
Thank you for letting me know!! I watched it through before exporting so I’m really confused 🥴 it must’ve been an error during the export 😖 sorry about that!
@@ChloeRoseArt happy to have helped !
This is such a good idea for students!! I give my niece and nephew art lessons when our schedules work, and this is a great idea!!
What an interesting idea…I always appreciate the lining that some artists do when they use pen over watercolor…Natasha Newton does this with her landscapes and birds. I always think “How does she choose those lines and patterns?”
This could be a good exercise to train the artist eye…
Ohhhhh here i was curious on how you'd be able to reverse/erase the colours on the page to leave only the lines left. Did we invent a new magical painting technique or what?💀 But this seems like a lot of fun!
It can probably be done with a light box🤔
Who else agrees Chole is chaotic artist but organised and it draws you in 😂😂❤✨
Why do people always spell Chloe as chole 💀😭
@@chloelouise727 idk 😭
@@chloelouise727 probably just an accident. They can't change it now because the creator heart will dissapear.
@@SlothDaan the L and O are pretty close to each other, and both need to be used in the name. Probably accidental.
This is such a great idea! You should definitely do more pages in more videos 🖌️
Thank you for making this content hope you have a wonderful week ❤️
I would love to see you do more of these! This was so fun to watch!
I love how it went from a flower bouquet to a bunch of doodles that could - or could not, look like flowers 😂 would love to see more videos like this!
It helps us improve.
it would be cool to see you take one that is obviously meant to be flowers and turn it into something completely different! love your videos 🥰
It would be fun to try a page with metallic gel pens. Or adding words/ journaling to the more abstract pictures. Ooooooh I like it!
I love drawing but always have blocks in what to draw and I HATE colouring. So this is probably the best invention for art that I have seen to match me. Love it. Can't wait till mine comes.
Right!! I’m so excited to do more of this 😆
I really need to start watching yr videos in the morning.
That’s so lovely!! Thank you so much for your kind words and support!
Ahhhhh!!! This is so wonderful! Thank you so very much for loving my books. 🥰🥰🥰
It's almost like ink splotch drawing. You look for the negative space rather than just the shapes on the page. Definitely want to get this!💖
The second page looked like flowers in front of a tomb stone 😅
I was definitely a sceptic about this but it actually looks really fun... I rarely do art but I might have to buy it anyway 😂
I'd love to see a part 2 and 3 and 4 where you do more - particularly the more abstract ones! Your goldfish looked really good ☺️
I do this all the time. I watercolour or paint or draw with alcohol markers on paper, then draw over . You can also switch it up by collaging on top then drawing over that as well.
This stresses me out so much😂😂
I’m a watercolour artist and I try stuff like this and I’m so bad at it.
I think it looks so fun and I can understand that you understand this crazy world. It's good for the mind to create art. Thank you.
This looks so relaxing and fun! It really makes me want to try it. That pen...if you could show a freeze frame of it, or if you know where to get one, I'm obsessed already!
This is so exciting!!! This is my friends coloring book! I have a signed copy of it and it's so fun!
What I loved about the video :
How creative you are
How cool the book is
How relaxing it was
Thank you Chloe that looks so much fun and I've already ordered one for my self to take to our Art club and show everyone ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Why else agrees that she is just so funny for no reason 😂
Me 😂
I love her content because she doesn’t take herself seriously and is so relatable!
I was tempted to make my own reverse coloring pages with watercolors too.
I would love to see you complete this!!! It gets challenging. Got to be 1 of the best series you do.
I would love to watch that
What an amazing idea for a coloring book! Absolutely love it!
I was curious about this! I saw it on TikTok and I wasn't sure how it works.
I don't know if you ever got an answer for it but that pen is a "sign pen". The writing on it (if its the one I think it is) is:
筆文字が手軽に書けるサインペン
Fudemoji ga tegaru ni kakeru sain pen
"Sign pen that can write brush characters with ease!"
宛名書き用サインペン
Atenagakiyou sain pen
"Sign pen for addressing"
筆サイン
Fude sain
"Sign brush"
極細
Gokuboso
"Extra fine"
I saw goldfish too with that particular page but I love what you've done in the book so far! I did also experience audio cut out in your video, if you see this comment ❤️
Okay I love this because there's not just one answer. With a normal coloring book, besides color differences, yours will basically look like everyone else's. With this ones, every one can be different and unique.
Love the video, but I think there's some bits of voiceover missing around 9:08-11:10 ish
4:41 right here I felt all happy and giddy. Yay! For art time!
It was fun!
Why did I think that this would be just erasing everything when I hear the reverse coloring book
This is so cool, I love outlining roughly shaped flowers etc.that I colour/paint so I really want to try this colouring book!
I thought I looked like dinosaur balloons at a park...
THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS! Like you, I sometimes struggle with creative block and I have tried all kinds of ways to deal with it. I am definitely going to try this. It seems like a serious block breaker, as well as a nice warm-up to day of creating. Can’t wait to order one.
9:13 & 9:36?????? ❤️
This inspired me to get my watercolors out again and do this for myself. And I added your fav pen to my Amazon cart!
With the second piece first I saw orange clouds and trees in the background, but love how both turned out!
THE SNORKS... instant nostalgia. It's 3am in the UK ATM and I'm currently searching for snorks to watch xx
Left-Handed coloring books are books that open on the left side of the book or from the bottom.
This is genius, it's much more up my alley than colouring books, I've always enjoyed drawing lines than colouring 😍
I love how you have credit and plugged the other channel and the book author.
You are AWESOME!
This thing really brings out your personal image or thought process on random colors that you see
I sometimes do something like this in my sketchbook and it’s so much fun! I will just do blobs of watercolour and then draw over it with pen
Gosh I love some of the pages the way they were! They looked like watercolor paintings!
Ooo we sold these in a gift shop I worked (for a pop up art installation) and people loved them! Most people were confused at first, and my go to comparison was cloud gazing and picking out shapes lol
I love your nails Chloe. You should complete this entire coloring book because I enjoy watching you test out new products like this.
I just received the book number 2 and I love it. It is less abstract. Such as animals, teapots, birds. Super cute
