I love these delicious Coconut Banana Bars! They are so easy to make in a crockpot and you do not have to heat up your house to bake these! They need only a few healthy ingredients so they are easy to make. I think you and your family will love these for a healthy snack or dessert!
+OklahomaPostcard Thank you so much for the compliment! I hope you also enjoy my other videos. I will be posting more cooking videos soon. Have a great day!
You could try raisins or dried cherries. I would try raisins first. Soak them in hot water for a few minutes. Then drain them before using them. If you try this recipe with a substitute let me know how they turn out. Have a great day!
@@CookingLessonsforDad thank you very much for the recommendation. I would have to try the cherries because I'm not big on raisins either. But I will definitely let you know as soon as I make it.

I have never tried to make bars in a crockpot. This will come in handy this summer when it's 117° out :)
+bestbitesforever Yes a crockpot is great in the summer! I am experimenting with making other baked recipes in the crockpot too.
These look very delicious. I only have one concern. I don't really like dates. What could I use as a substitute?
