@@NinaCherryBxmb I'm sorry to hear this! I did some research after this video. See if you can do red light therapy or even, get a red light mat. Apparently, that helps a lot. I do sincerely hope those suggestions reduce your pain
Spinal tap at 12 years old, worst pain for 2-3 weeks. An almost severed tendon in my left hand at 6 yrs old. Migraines. Major stomach pain where I passed out for a whole day. Injured right knee, swelling that lasted several days, and pain that I still have for the last 12 years.
Gall bladder stones was the only time I ever experienced a 10/10 on the pain scale. I was in tears by the time I got to the hospital. I spent 5.5 days in the hospital.
I have endometriosis and even had one and a half of my ovaries removed because the cysts were so large that the doctors that it was cancer. I later had two babies and since then I have not even had period cramps
The worst I had was neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome for about a year (it was sort of on and off until I fully recovered). For those that don't know what it is, it's when the nerves in your upper chest gets pressed (under the collar bone). There were days where not only couldn't I get out of bed, but even if I slightly moved the wrong way by an inch, it would trigger the pain. I felt like one of those bed-ridden Victorian women. I would have to sleep a certain way (and of course the pain affected my sleeping). I could barely eat anything, I was also sensitive to what I was eating, and I would often end up throwing it up anyways. I think I lost about 20 pounds I've been trying to gain back since because I became underweight. I know the feeling of throwing up stomach acid all too well lol. I would sometimes make myself eat something so if I threw up, it wouldn't be that painful. I don't know how to explain feeling the pain of VERY intense nausea (to the point of having to throw up) under your collar bone but that's what it would feel like sometimes and PAINKILLERS DID NOT WORK face-purple-crying- i tried OTC, prescribed, ingested, topical, etc. The only things that really helped was weed, shrooms, massage, and physical therapy. The first time I microdosed on shrooms was when I had my first PT appointment lol and that was the first time in a while I didn't feel pain. I would be in pain for weeks at a time and I'm sure there was a point it lasted almost a month (with a few moments of rest). I also lost my job a couple years ago because I took too many days off (but I do something else now). Fortunately, the worst I have with my period are regular cramps (that I'm going through while typing this lol) and the TOS isn't a constant recurring thing. Although after that, I had to deal with another nerve issue in my neck that I think whether directly or indirectly came from the TOS. It still had the nausea feeling (but in my neck), but not as intense. I could at least get move most of the time and didn't throw up as much although there were times where I would need to lie down. The neck thing I just got over.
Having a child is not a guarantee. My friends mom had two kids and still had to get her uterus removed. My frustration as someone with pcos (similar disease but cysts are on the inside) and I got on bc early but years later a different doctor said it wasn't required and that they shouldn't have done that. Which was a horrible fucking thing to hear. A doctor told you a truth that may not be a truth and I went through so much weight loss, gain, mental instability due to the hormones. Do what u need for YOUR body and get multiple perspectives
I can relate to Kalyne in a way. Endometriosis is no joke. I remember years ago, I had so much pain that I couldn't sit, stand, lay down or anything. I couldn't function normally. The only way the pain stopped for a short time was when I was on prescribed pain killers so strong that it knocked me out (which was the only time I could sleep). Once I'm awake, the pain came again. It was horrible time in my life.

I don't think I have endo, but out of everything... broken wrist, car crash with stitches, etc... period related back cramps are the worst. I thought I just got sleepy but I realized I was passing out until the cramps passed 💀😂💀
Ive been in fights, broken toes, sprained ankles and legs but the worst pain ive experience so far was being bed bound from a gout attack and running out of pain killers. It was so painful i had a nearby friend who lived nearby to drop me off some advil at 11pm
I have endometriosis also, and I’ve had pain so bad I’ve passed out. It gets so bad you can’t walk straight but almost bent down. I don’t wish that one anyone. 😢
Kalyne: Thanks for discussing your endometriosis. I've had it for 13 years now. The way you described it, is exactly how I feel. On another note, I knew someone who had a child but the endo pain didn't go away, so it's not a guaranteed solution.
Misaligned spine. Causes my shoulder to stay tense. Couldn't sleep properly due to pain. Have to sleep flat on back. Took a month of chiropractor to just relief of pain. Level 8
@@whoisjai Mine is from all the years of lifting heavy stuff on my left side. Mostly from work. Cause I'm right handed and open doors with my right hand. Over loaded my spine to turn slightly to the right. The spine pinches the nerve to causes throw my shoulders and arms
I feel you, Joe. I've had an echo for dookie too. Even stayed in the hospital for a couple days. If it was me, I wouldn't have gone there, but my ex was worried. I've got IBS and cramps can be so painful I almost faint. To me it's just a part of life that happens every now and then. But my dramatic ex had to make a whole thing about it. They did the echo and said: I only see poop here and a lot of gas behind it. lol. So I basically stayed at the hospital for nothing.
We are talking about physical pain? When I broke my ankle and my knee cap at the same time. Endo is absolutely the worst. Men can never understand the pain, and I hope they never have too.
Oh my. Sincerest condolences on your loss. May your dad rest in peace with the angels. And may you be surrounded with the comfort, strength, help and healing you need, with some good memories to carry with you through the days, weeks and months ahead. 🙏🦋🕊
Fun that you had Tyler sit in on this episode too. Physical pain? I would have to say when I had a cracked molar removed, that didn't want to give up the fight. Took 3 dentists to pry that sucker out and I was gripping and punching the arm of the chair. The Novocain didn't kick in till afterwards, and wore off before my pain med prescription made it to the pharmacy to be filled.
mine was 2 months ago. i was riding my E-scooter and a cat ran in front of me, and I tried to avoid it and hit a light post and flew off the scooter and landed on my ribs .

A lot of women unalive themselves of the pain, and because no one can understand because it doesn't have any physical symptoms 😮
Losing coworkers/ friends this year of cancer. 2 of them I worked with them since day one 35 yrs ago. The other half her life. As for her I really cared for a lot. Going to be long time before I get over( if ever ) her death. 😢
