@@Coastriderscotland Thanks buddy 👍
Awesome..What bars are on your beautiful bike mate?!!🇦🇺👍
Hi, thanks, i did fit these Webco Vintage Desert bars, but the straight ends were not long enough so the levers used to sit not parallel to the grips,
I have now refitted the stock bars and added a cross brace 😁👍
Hey, nice upgrade , can you please tell me which colour is your bike is it marsh grey signals ?
Hi, i resprayed the metallic grey parts (was a Halcyon Grey) and changed it to 1942 Ikuce Drab Green and did my own tank decals 😁👍
Bro what differencewill it make if we change the front sprocket of classic 350 to a 15 teeth one? Can we cruise at a lower speed in the gop gear?
Hi, 15t is standard size gearbox sprocket the bike comes with and indeed with the standard gearing you can indeed cruise at lower speeds in top gear, around town in slower speed limits etc the standard gearing would deft be better 👍😁
Cheers Bruce
Is it the Marsh Grey original Color ? Or custom color ?
Hi, i painted my bike Olive drab green shortly after i bought it as the Marsh Grey and Desert sand were no available back early 2022 in the UK, theme i did was British Royal Tank Regiment (RTR) 👍😁
Cheers Bruce
@@Coastriderscotland Thanks you. Very beautyfull bike. 👍
Whats the name of the handlebar?
Hi Paul they are Webco Desert bars available from Ace Desert Bikes U.K.
The rear is Tubed (TT) and the front is Tubeless (TL) how does that work with the TT wheels? did you use them with tubes (which I believe is not advised) or did you put the TL tyre on the TT wheel as-is?
Fitted tyres and no problems in nearly 7000 miles front tyre and 2nd rear tyre at 6000 miles
@@Coastriderscotland thanks, but did you use tubes? I want to put the same on mine
@@markgb yes still running Tubes 👍😁
Your bike looks a bit darker green than the narsh grey
@@joshmaxwell1692 my bike is Olive Drab 42 green, i repainted it 😁
@Coastriderscotland what color was it originally?
Hi Bruce what's the mileage like out of those tyres ? Did I see you changed the rear once.
Hi i got 6000 miles out the first rear tyre and although the rear still had decent tread depth when changed it had a flattened centre by then so the second rear tyre will get replaced when its done 5000 miles and front also will be replaced as will have done 10,000 miles 😁👍
Cheers Bruce
@Coastriderscotland thanks for taking the time to reply, sounds. like the way forward.
What a nice bike, man.
I love it! Thank you 😁👍 cheers Bruce
Would you think these could be a good choice for my Meteor too? I ride Norfolk roads that can be a tad ropey.
Hi Steven I think they would be fine if you get the exact same size as I did 👍😁
Cheers Bruce
what saddle bag do you use?
Hi Allen, these are pattern panniers via eBay that have turned out to be a poor purchase as cheap build quality and faded badly being outdoors, I will replace them this year with genuine RE panniers 👍
Cheers Bruce
Bike sounds great.
Has a nice noise with the eBay £50 shorty silencer via India, but more noise but please enough to pass horses etc 😁👍
Cheers Bruce
@@Coastriderscotland I got a cheapo ebay Indian upswept megaphone for my 535GT but as supplied it was far too loud. BTW I remember your articles in TBM. I occasionally go back and read the "coast to coast" one.
@@gitaneVYS491R my friend Mike aka Yodagoat still has my copies of TBM with the Rough Guide articles I did, I need to get them back for a read, good times those days on trail bikes late 90’s into Millennium 👍😁
Cheers Bruce
Links of this tyres?
Google, Heideanu K60 tyres available loads of places 😁
looks good with those tyres
Thank you Uncle Longbeard 😁👍
Cheers Bruce
@@Coastriderscotland damn, you remember Bruce ;) He will survive in our memories ;)
Brilliant
Thanks! 👍😁
Cool bike! Are these the original handlebars? Cheers from Germany 👍
Hi these are Stooge Desert Bars I replaced the originals with
Like riding threw my part of Kentucky
Hi Samual I love these country roads on the 350! 😁👍
Cheers Bruce
Thank you sir 🙏🇮🇳
Your welcome, tune in for more fun on my Royal Enfield! 😁 cheers Bruce
Maybe it's time we got back to the basics of love ...
Yep definitely
@@Coastriderscotland Thanks a lot for showing us what this beautiful piece of machinery is able to do. I own a V Strom 1050 but I'm gonna buy a RE 350 Classic for sure. Having a great time without spending a fortune is priceless!
I would have crash bars on the bike since the road is so poor.
Hi, I fitted crash bars since I made this film 👍😁
Cheers Bruce
Nice one
Thanks 😁👍
Is that the stock exhaust? Sounds louder than mine.🤔👍
Hi Jonathan the front pipe is stock and I replaced the CAT and silencer with a length of stainless pipe instead of the CAT and a shorter stubby silencer cheap option from eBay via eBay which allows the bike to breath more along with a DNA air filter which all improve the low to mid range power,
Cheers Bruce
@@Coastriderscotland
Agreed, did the same.
I think your tyres look the part on the Classic 350. Good choice! Are they K60 Scouts?
Hi, yeah there K60 tyres, same sizes as stock Ceat tyres 👍😁
Cheers Bruce
Unfortunately there is no K60 Scout for the front tyre. The regular K60s are not known for good longevity…
@@DC3AFA I never new of different options for the front tyre
Cheers Bruce
@@Coastriderscotland the K60 (without Scout) has a softer rubber compound and is meant for usage at lower temperatures
@@DC3AFA that is what my tyre is looking at the label you can see it at start of film 👍
I need a translator to translate this jabber to English. Lol I'm here in Canada. nice bike. I have same one.
Hi, i have an Edinburgh accent which is probably the easiest Scottish tongue to understand 🤣😜😁👍
It is great to hear from folks with these fun bikes from around the world 😁👍

@@Coastriderscotland
I'm thinking a little more Single Malt and I'll be able to understand. Here in the US.
I've ordered Shinko 705's for my classic 350
Nice bike!
Personally I have mounted on mine Bridgestone Adventure Cross AX41, available in original size.
I find the AX41s more versatile, better in the mud, and excellent on wet pavement. They are perhaps a little noisier than the K60.
As for wear and tear, we'll see, but the power of the Classic doesn't hurt them too much 🤣
Hi Jean-Luc I think the easy power delivery of the 350 should see. An ok life span of the trail tyres 😁 cheers Bruce
Would of liked a better look at the tyres whilst parked up,just to show clearance and overall view, great video all the same.😊
Those are probably good roads compared to indian roads.
They probably are better! This bike is pretty stable on loose gravel and bumps 👍
