As a soccer player there are many tricks that can be done with your feet. You can practice power kicks, precision passing as well as dribbling skills to beat defenders. However there are other important elements of the beautiful game that need to be taken seriously such as soccer throwing techniques.
Throw ins are underrated but can be really important in many occasions during a soccer game. To make the best out of throw ins, you should have your knees aligned at approximately shoulders width apart and having them slightly bent.
You want to bring your upper body backwards as you are bringing the ball in the back of your head. That specific position will ensure that you have the necessary power behind the throw in.
You can take a few steps back to create the necessary momentum to throw the ball as far as you can to reach one of the players of your team.
Also, make sure that your feet don't touch the sidelines as you make your throw in towards one of your teammates.
