i do love the animation you guys do. Only small nitpicks, Riftian in the book and manga has black hair, not brown. also his skin is much darker here then in the manga. I'm not sure if that's just because its harder to animate black hair or is it a style choice. Its doesn't matter as much, the voice acting is good and the style of the animation is pretty. Always enjoy the content on the sight and looking forward to seeing more :)
I agree about the pretty animation. :) But I feel like his skin color here is more accurate to the novels than the manga. In the novels, he's constantly described as having darker skin than others. I believe that Richard Breston even uses that as a mocking point towards Riftan as well.

I guess when i picture Riftan, i picture the manga version now :) like i said, it was a nitpick, it doesn't change the quality of the animation and the voice acting. and does make me interested in seeing more content

I've always wondered, how is this kind of 2d animation made? It seems different from frame by frame drawing, is this 2d rigging?
For context the fireworks were the royal princess casting magic which she was NOT allowed to do and riftan was not amused by it
