I'll always have massive respect for those who can swing these big beasts around like they're 250s
You can do that, too! It's but a question of trying.
🙌🙌😊
right, but it´s sometimes a very expensive trying :-) @@Mr_BRRRRT
folk laughed at me when i said that bike could be a big ass supermoto, i was scraping boots with sportbikes and im half the rider you are xx...good stuff bruv
I slide my 950 adventure towards corners. The potential of big ADV bikes is really underestimated. "It's an old mans bike!'" No you just lack skill and imagination.
@@sinki19841984 got an MT-10 atm but looking at the Tenere 700
Awesome riding dude, I’ve always said that very few of us can truly maximize any bike’s potential. My 2019 AT does all that - just not with me on it 😀.
🤣🤣
Lol same
What's more important is that the bike maximizes YOUR potential 🙌
That was insane! So much skills 👌
Grazie mille 🤚
I love my AFTwin. Best bike I've ever owned. Thats some amazing riding!
Veramente bello bello bello...
Grazieee
Sei qualcuno fra. Complimenti davvero.
Grazie!!
So proud of that video ;-)
Bestia che gran manico!!! Complimenti
Spettacolo!!
Awesome, man. Africa twin is my dream
Bravo - in the hands of skilled rider, the Africa Twin is just a beast!
This is why only a lamb in my hands. :)
Grande e vai di scintille!!!
"Heavy weight" Supermoto
Amazing skills dude
WOOW fantastic video 🇺🇸🍾🎉🇺🇸
Thanks for the ride.
Keep producing more videos
Thank you!
Is there anything this bike can’t do?! Great video guys.
Bel video, complimenti anche per la guida.
Awesome filming, riding and editing.
Next time on DCT ! Manual supa eazy!
Fokin loved this vid!
Sick! I have an AT and can't imagine riding like that.... the cornering lean was awesome
Me too, scraping pegs is rare but it happens sometimes. The sport bike guys think im nuts
@@AnyMotoUSA Considering that this bike was my 'mortgage' payment, I wouldn't want to find out where the limit of that traction is on my Heidenaus.... ;)
Linooooooo, grande venditore.
Insane skills!! Amazing driver 🤙🤙
Grandeeee Gianni! Sempre cavallo da gara! Toooppp
I swear I could hear the bike scream "Help me, this guy is insane!" as he went back to the dealership. 😂🤣
🤣🤣
grazie Matteo!
Grazieee
Great riding!! I love my Africa Twin, it is just an amazing bike! The bike is not limited very much in what it can do, it is limited by the riders abilities. I know mine is capable of far more than what I have the skill set to make it do.
Damn!!! You make it look so easy
"nice bike, quite nippy, I'll have a think about it" 😆
Dudes got skillz 😎😎😎😎
As always Gianni 💪😎 Respect!
Best regards!
Ahaha a pendolo!! Grande Gianni!!
It's definitely a beast of a bike. The offroad part takes a real good pilot to do that but the track... personally i'm feeling more at ease pushing the AT than my CBR600RR... and yes, I'm coming from a motocross background.
incredible driving skills
Fantastic!!! Mine doesn't do that tho for some reason 🤣🤣
Me neither. I can’t figure it out?😂
It’s pretty amazing what those big pigs can do with the right rider!
What a epic video about the twin
Easy, fun, a bit heavy and for my fun not enough power
@@GianniBorgiotti Iam sure but for the most people inluded me the Twin has more Power than we need 😁
Bawal kela 💯🔥🔥❤️
AWSOME 😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇬🇧
wow nice, total control.
Him, Paul Tarres, Toni Bou; and few others can take any motorcycle design for off road ADV and mesmerize us with their skills. But truly not the best place to be for the AT.
Adventuremoto nah..
Supermoto hell yea..👍👍
Gran bel video!
Grazie!
Excellent !
Lovely to see what this bike can do with a skilled rider, um I have a very very long way to go 🤣🤣🤣
Didn't you want to say:" What a skilled rider can do with a bike"?
Insane kills
Id like to see a lap time comparison between his 450 vs the Africa twin 😳 . Cool Honda add showing the Africa twin putting in serious work .
I'd say 5-8 sec difference 🤣
There are 10 seconds difference dude 😊
sarebbe figo vedere un giro completo. Bel video!
Awesome
Interesting. Is there a race about adventure bikes?
Sadly not yet!
Manico!👍🤙
Bel mezzo e bel video.
Grazie 🙌
Buena moto y buen piloto.
Stock tires too! Insane
Cooles Video
Είσαι πιλότος ρε man 💪💪💪
Great video
Customer: Oh boy I sure do love me a dealer new motorcycle!
This guy: ...heh
Superb video!
Though now no one will lend you a bike anymore 😂
Ahaha, true. Thank you tho!
lap time comparison with other ADV bikes pleeze :))
Que piloto!!! 👋🏻🚀
Feel like the AFTwin and the t7 are the more capable big trails in terms of offroad and onroad racing
thats beacuse you dont know the ktm´s :)
@@diskrrible because ktm got cheap parts which breaks down easily compared to Honda or Yamaha
Africa Twin DCT or manual?)
Manual!
Jeje, bonitas derrapadas!
Concessionario: "Visto che moto? Che fa la prende?" Lui: "Mmmh...non lo so, ci devo pensare..."
🤣🤣🤣
Hello guys ! Great video. One question. Is the stock suspension full clicks closed, still too soft ??? Or can you actually live with the AT stock suspension for super moto touring ???
For touring they are ok, for sport use definitely too soft, especially in the offroad
@@GianniBorgiotti Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Very valuable feed back coming from you. Thanks again ! Long life, and keep riding. The day you stop ridding.. that same exact day, you become an old man ! 😉
It's kinda of full closed (almost)
Che figataa
Nice
I am a new rider and I want an Africa Twin, is that doable? or impossible for a new rider?
It's a Very easy bike, just a bit heavy
Salesman "So, are you interested to buy?"
- Nah I feel it's little too hard to handle
Please tell us what suspension settings you ended up with!!
Please!
I hardened completely all the Idraulic comp/est, spring preload stanard
Wait, estension of the shock still had some clicks*
Thanks Gianni.
I am very impressed!
@@GianniBorgiotti was it still too soft ?? Or could you actually live with the stock suspension, if you owned an AT as a road bike ???
@@santiagoktm shock was ok! The forks absolutely need to be stiffened
Hello. This is incredible! 🤙
Question: do you let the pegs scrape until they fold?
Exactly eheh, and also the exhaust
Awesome riding, but it kind of makes me fear buying used bikes again :)
One careful owner...never been off road😅😄😃🤣
What kinda tires are you running in the track video?
Stock tyres mate, we just fixed the pressure to 1.8 bar rear, 1.9 front for better print
Hello what settings do you have traction an abs.... They completely off?
Removed everything
Abs is dangerous at rear wheel no brakes not possible control sliding rear wheel. All system complete damage my riding skills
So, now we waiting for Tenere 700
Africa Twin is way better. Tried both, the Africa Twin is a whole different bike.
@@_AVAM What's better about it?
Besides ABS OFF I am curious as to what the other settings were? Engine Braking, TC settings etc. AT has a large suite of electronic controls.
Engine brake to full, rest to minimum, abs disabled👌
Turn everything off, keep the engine braking at max. Go full throttle in 4th until the torque kicks in, brake hard with the front (rear starts to float), slam 2 gears down and control the engine braking with the clutch. Control the angle of the slide with body weight, outside peg and the clutch (don't just let go of the clutch, moderate it! It's a tool to control power.). If the rear does not want to lose grip and initiate a slide tap the rear brake to initiate the loss of traction. Now try and understand the torque level you're at at any given gear/speed and what engine braking you can expect when you slam one or 2 gears down. After practice you just know when you can make the rear step out, and how far you can make it go. But be warned, it's really addictive!
The hard part is doing a slide and keeping momentum to go trough the corner as fast or even faster as normal.
@@GianniBorgiotti Brilliant riding especially on such a heavy weight! Even with rider aids to minimum could you still detect some electronic intervention? And did you even try with the engine braking turned down or were the above mentioned settings what you started with and that was it?
cool 👍👍👍
bravvvoooo❤❤❤❤❤gassssssssss
What gear is he wearing when riding, that sweater does not look like kevlar.. looks like a mx protective sweater you wear when doing offroad riding or wear under a jacket..
ok, now try this at DCT version of this bike :)
:D :D Nice!
SPETTACOLARE VIDEO SOPRATUTO GIRATO IN LUOGHI OPPORTUNI .....
Grazie!
Complimenti. Che mappatura si usa per questa pista?
La più aggressiva 😉
La più incazzata😁
@@0fflimitSupermot0 ok. Quindi la tour. Pensavo che nello sterrato era meglio disattivare i controlli. E mettere la gravel.
What Setup for Wheelies on the bike ?
A strong pull on the handlebar in 1st gear at 60km/h more or less
I like
Oltre le leggi della fisica Gianni...
Senza manico il ragazzo!
i couldn't think of anything else after the 20sec mark. lol
where are the Pirelli Scorpion Trail stock tires?
Cool
