This is my original golf sin. I never understood the idea of extension, and with it the straightening of the right leg that gets the hips rotating properly. It is a totally different dynamic and takes a long time to re-teach the body. Great video.
I've just recently come upon this. I really notice the extension in Rory Mc's swing. What I especially liked in this video is the idea of the right leg straightening. It makes total sense in relation to back extension.
Ruddy hell was told a while back about loading and keeping right knee flexed. Never could get it to feel natural. It was my only lesson with that Pro. Cheers guys..nipples win for me.

Turn your left toe out and even pull lead leg back and inch to allow easier rotation and freedom

All in the nipples! Restricting is not what the body is designed for. Allow it to flow.
