I couldn't work out why i was reverse K'ing and getting stuck inside. Well, this fixed my issue instantly, i try to feel the right side of my chest rotate up and back, immediate ball striking. Great tip, subbed 👍
Great explanations on all of your videos. But can you help me understand and reconcile the concept of the head staying “behind the ball” as you shift pressure to the lead side, because it looks like your head gets way ahead of the ball as you come down.
Thanks for the comment John! When you shift your weight to the lead side during the downswing, your head naturally moves forward as a result of the body's rotational movement.

Excellent job Kerrod in explaining "extending the body" to improve ball striking! Something I started working on! Well Done Kerrod!
Good luck with it John!

Can you think of wind up in the backswing squat in transition and then pop up on the follow through
Just be careful in regards to your spine angle, for driver it is ok to be leaning back a bit at impact.
It appears the head goes forward during the weight shift, I thought it needed to be centered
Some movement of the head may occur during weight shift. I may just be exaggerating the movement for demonstration purposes.
