    I like the verbal version. With no pointer it’s a good exercise sounding out the words to keep up. T darker green vav is hard to see.

    In acinet chinese, there are differenrt characters for different kind of fat:
    1 fat of animal with horns(cow,sheep) is called 脂
    2 fat of animal without horns( pig) is called 膏
    3 in ancient chinese medicine, fat on top of heart organ(mainly mean human) is called 膏
    4 there is also a saying about fat on loin is called 肪
    5 but in modern chinese, always say 脂肪 together to mean fat.
    say 油膏 to mean fat very thicky like solid .
