RESOLUTIONS
1. Resolution to waive the city bid process (APCO 2-824 - (4) No economic advantage (recently did Champaign Park Fields) and approve the Quote from DuraEdge to renovate the Ball Fields at Brand and Church/Teller Parks in the amount of $57,742.00 w/ funds from Accts. 401-000-985-004 & 251-000-245-000
2. Resolution to approve the Professional Services Contract with PM Government Accounting Professionals to provide temporary accounting assistance and assist the City with audit preparation and other allowable financial aspects related to the Finance Department at the hourly rates provided in the July 18, 2024 Engagement Letter
3. Resolution approve a professional services agreement with Amanda Wertz at a rate of $70.00 per hr. to assist the City with audit preparation and various financial aspects related to the Finance Department
4. Resolution to approve the Professional Services Contract in the amount of $18,500.00 with the Michigan Municipal League Executive Search for the recruitment of the vacant Finance Director position
