If you design a rain collection system, there's your water source for the tree house for the bathroom / kitchen inside, otherwise, you'll always have to haul water up there and basically it's just a box up in a tree. :)
Hello from Brazil! RUclips recommended your channel to me and I'm hooked. Your videos are incredible! I'm excited to see how this project will be when finished, and even more excited to see the next projects. Keep up the amazing work.
These videos are very well done, editing is lovely and not to mention the cragtmanship is exquisite! Do you have sny idea how much it has cost you up until this point?
@@BuildingInNature No, thank you sir. You inspired me even more! If not this year, next I will be making my dream tree house. And I will share also. Continue with your awesome work and mucic. P.S I'm guitarist also! 🍻
Perfeito, parabéns!!!!!!! Relaxante demais assistir!! Fora a engenhosidade sua, me lembra um pouco o professor pardal 😂😂 com todo respeito ok!!!! Pra mim um dos mais bem feito no RUclips!!!👏👏👏👏👏
Yes! That is also a very good option. I like the color of tung oil on the woods that I am using a bit better. But that's just a personal preference. I would also be happy with linseed oil :)
Hi Ruud!
In my opinion, you could have taken an ordinary plastic film to temporarily protect the house from the rain. That way it would be cheaper and you would save a lot of plywood. Greetings from Ukraine! 🙂
Thanks for watching! I try to find alternatives to plastic if I can, I don't like that somehow it always deteriorates and ends up everywhere in small pieces. But yes, a plastic film would also work. The thin sheets of plywood are used and I got it for free, because they wanted to trow it away. So for this project it is a good solution. Greetings from The Netherlands.
@@BuildingInNature Got it! Then your solution is great!) I wish you success in the realization of your project! I was in the Netherlands, you have a very beautiful country! Thanks for your videos ;)
It is not a secret :) I don't know exactly at the moment. But I try to keep it budget friendly wherever I can. I will make a detailed video about the cost breakdown it in the future I think.
Von zimmern hast du aber keine Ahnung! Die untere klaue ist vie zu groß. Und die obere geht gar nicht. Statisch baust die ein sparrendach . Das will mit der last im fusspunkt nach außen. Sehr kritisch. Ein pfettendach lässt lasten senkrecht nach unten laufen!!! 👍🇩🇪
Thanks for watching! Greetings from The Netherlands... Have a nice weekend!🙂 🌳🌳
Extremely underrated series! Keep up the amazing building!

Thank you! I really appreciate it. Professor pardal (in Dutch: Willie Wortel) was my favourite comic when I was a kid haha :)
i enjoy this series very much... kumusta from philippines
Thanks! Greatings from The Netherlands
You should totally make a ladder up to that fork in the tree and make a lookout post!
Definitely! Would be very cool. It seems like this spot is made for it. It is on my list of future projects. The height is a bit intimidating haha :)
Linseed oil is also great on wood

Drone used?
hey i am looking for a place in the woods to build a small house to do you have any tips on how to find such place?
Go out there and ask around seems a good approach. And the internet of course. Good luck with finding a place and your build!
That camera crane looks so janky
Edit: What's the cat's name? So pretty.
Is there the next vídeo? I'm amazing....
Thanks for asking. A new video will be there at the end of the week I think!
What is the budget, if it's not a secret?

In my time, i built a few of those. To be call a treehouse, it need to be support only by the tree. What you have here is a tree in a house. Sorry!
