Good evening all, TAS author here and I hope this movie finds you well. Being that this is an action-RPG with a lot of text-advancing, allow me to provide timestamps for dungeons and notable moments: 6:26 - Cathedral 15:55 - lol playaround movement 18:47 - BOSS: White Duneyrr 24:06 - Remains 24:50 - Solar Wind room 31:06 - Desert w/ perfect RNG 34:17 - BOSS: Vampire 35:29 - GLOMP OwO 39:14 - Katana forge (Pivotal RNG manip of the TAS route) 42:46 - Dark City 47:15 - Using sound + sunlight to position and kill enemies 48:13 - Paying back Cheyenne for all the RTA runs he's killed 50:25 - BOSS: Red Durathror 56:25 - Obtain Dash, go F A S T 1:01:00 - Aqueduct 1:03:22 - BOSS: Blue Dvalinn 1:06:18 - Spiral Tower 1:14:58 - BOSS: Black Dainn 1:20:11 - Undead Zone 1:21:33 - Sand Worm 1:23:03 - Lich 1:25:00 - Serpent 1:26:30 - Solar bugs galore! 1:26:48 - Solar bugs galore! 2: Electric Boogaloo 1:27:21 - Lich+ 1:29:33 - FINAL BOSS: Jormungandr This was a huge undertaking to put together as I had no way of knowing whether the route would even work until reaching the end of the game; the RNG manips aside, this route depends on using the player's initial inventory during the final boss gauntlet, which has never been achieved by a human owing to items being perishable in this game, in RTA play they spoil way before this point. I reached the final relevant item-use breakpoint with about 15~ seconds to spare.
A couple thoughts This is anecdotal, and from the English Version(which I haven't played in years, bleh), but by my recall, for Sabata to manually recover EN outdoors, two things must be true, the Sun Level must be 0 or Sabata 'suffering' from KAMOS Curse(since that functionally cuts him off from Sun entirely), and it must be a "dark" sky, eg Nighttime or Rain(or Spiral Tower's door just not caring), I would not be surprised if Moon Phase also mattered his indoor EN Regen behavior meanwhile is just Weird and Confusing tbh And while I'm unsure where it could be used, Black Django actually takes no damage, but continues to receive passive EN Regen from the Sun if exposed while Sleeping(in addition to the EN Regen of Sleeping itself, this is easily observed using Elefan and a skylight), which might be usable somewhere to scrape some extra points up
Thank you mate, you have no idea how glad I am to have a finished product out of this. This took more planning, routing and hoping than I care to recount.

This was a huge undertaking to put together as I had no way of knowing whether the route would even work until reaching the end of the game; the RNG manips aside, this route depends on using the player's initial inventory during the final boss gauntlet, which has never been achieved by a human owing to items being perishable in this game, in RTA play they spoil way before this point. his indoor EN Regen behavior meanwhile is just Weird and Confusing tbh

TAS guy sure reads fast.
Excited for a other longer tas to zone out with,. thanks and good job!
My favorite protagonist, Soulja Boy Draco
Lets go Drakodan, so cool to see the final product
Thank you mate, you have no idea how glad I am to have a finished product out of this. This took more planning, routing and hoping than I care to recount.
i know its probably already been said, but i love that these tases require manipulating the sun itself in your favor
lmao wait, the "Item get" motion being a Sol Charge triggers Full Moon bugs in the cutscenes? Goofy, love this game
I always wondered what these games were. I remember being really interested in them but never finding a copy near me.
Again! ❤️
I wonder if the cartridge can kill a human
hopefully
Is this the character from the megaman battle network games
No, it's the character from the Boktai games who featured in a minor crossover with the Battle Network games.
@@DrakodanSRLso yes, its the character from the megaman battle network games
Man. I don't know when games became "dude running through mostly empty rooms" but I'm glad we still have access to older, more engaging games.
this is a 20 year old gba game
@@hippo_o_matic7985 Yep, I know that. And it's not engaging, because it's mostly empty rooms. Thank you for your brave comment.
I think it started with the NES, and The Legend of Zelda, or maybe even earlier, if you consider this "mostly empty rooms"
@@syrelian Mostly empty rooms have been around since the inception of D&D.
