Hi, there's bathtub??! I booked twice and there isn't. When enquired, the staff insisted that 'Family room does not come with bathtub.'

Yup, there's bathtub. But only for the 3 single beds room. If your family room is double bed + 1 single, those apparently don't have bathtub.
