    As a goofy, dumb american trying to get into F1, these videos are very entertaining and informative. Highly recommend

    Well who knew tyres were so complicated! And Sprint races... what?... never heard of them before. Good job, cheers!

    • @hadzf1
      @hadzf1  Год назад +2

      Oh yeah. They used to be more complicated as well because every driver could choose how many of what tyre they wanted for the weekend. When covid hit though they simplified it to make it easier for Pirelli.

    You missed fastest lap point is only given to those in the top 10. 👍 The way you said it sounds like if you get fastest lap you get the point no matter where you end the race.

      That's fair! I'll make a note to adjust it for one of the future videos

    Really well put together Hadz, I thought I knew it all but some of the tyre stuff was still a revelation to me. Thanks for taking the time out to put these together.

    tires are so much simpiler than when we had hypersoft, super soft, soft etc., a good change, but i do miss the cool colours

      @hadzf1  Год назад +1

      Yeah it was a lot harder to follow back then but I did enjoy seeing the hypersoft coming out!

    Great video! So they get 13 tire sets. Got that. But what defines a set? Is it 4 tires per set?

    • @hadzf1
      @hadzf1  Год назад +1

      That is correct. One set is 4 tyres!

    Correction 4:02 C0 is the sofest tyre.

    • @hadzf1
      @hadzf1  7 месяцев назад

      No. C0 is the hardest tyre. It goes C0, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5. With C0 being the hardest and C5 being the softest. Feel free to check - www.pirelli.com/tyres/en-ww/motorsport/f1/tyres

    How did 2 drivers in the top 10 get zero points today?

    • @hadzf1
      @hadzf1  6 месяцев назад

      If you're talking about Saturday that was a sprint so only the top 8 get points. For sunday's race everyone in the top 10 got points! Hope this helps
