I was literally just thinking that i need something like this this morning
😂 same bro
SAME💀
@@snisoo7954 why you look like dubu? 😂
@@captain1607 shes my pfp lmao
@@snisoo7954 well hello fellow once 👋
Just finished my GCSEs and I want to get back into consistently studying korean again! Thank you!!
This was extremely helpful, thank you so much! I'm homeschooled and I'm trying to find a schedule for myself, I struggle with consistency because of my procrastination, but thank God I love learning otherwise I wouldn't be searching for ways to study RN. It's never been my strong suit lol.😅💜
You have answered every question that I've had with this video. Thank you so much! I've learned Hangul and suddenly felt overwhelmed because there is so much to learn and I feel that I'm not studying productively because I am not retaining what I've learned. I think I need to slow down. Your course on Bangtan Academy has been extremely helpful. I'm heading over to your Patreon right now. Thank you so much! 💜
When you watch videos more on planning and how to learn a language rather than studying language itself 😬🤧
Omg same 😂
@@auricia201 oh then we have the same habit 😂. Btw, which language are you learning and your ethnicity is...?
I think it would be obvious that you would be learning korean that you ended up watching this video😂
@@ManjeetKaur-jr1qv yes, I'm learning Korean the most, but i also like to learn different types of alphabets 😁 that's the reason I started Korean, hangul! I've been mainly watching videos on grammar, politeness levels and hanjas, and doing some Duolingo for vocab 🙈 so mainly passive unstructured learning
I'm from Europe
@@auricia201 i think learning hanja would not be an ideal choice cause we're beginners, but rather it's up to you. The main problem with me is i can read korean, but i don't know what i am reading 💀😭
@@ManjeetKaur-jr1qv I watch Korean videos for fun, and hanjas videos are fun, so why not 😁
But even if they are not the priority for beginners, they are very useful for us anyway, it helps learn more vocabulary faster
This, this is exactly what I needed 😭 TYSM!! :)
I'm so grateful to see this, I really need it, I felt lost a few weeks ago so I really appreciate it, thanks a lot
This is great, So very helpful Billy! I'm studying Korean now and hoping to come to South Korea next month. I often struggle with planning my study routine so, this is just what I needed. Thank you!
You are GREAT, thank you for sharing this with us
This is literally the answer to a question I asked at the BA event yesterday. 😂 Great timing and really helpful~ And the template is so cute. :3c
Wow thanks for this Billy!!! I really want to have a plan for studying korean but don't know where to start. This video really helps and will follow this!!!❤❤
These tips are very helpful. Thanks!
What a nice and informative time 😊Thanks a lot ^^*
This helped me soo much thank yous so much ❤❤
thank you so much ❤
I kid U not, I was considering requesting this type of vid from u the other day, ur work is helping so many people, ur amazing!
Thank you- I needed help with structuring my learning 😊 감사합니다
Thank you thank you 🙏
i'd love seeing this video when i was struggling asf at the begining of my korean learning (maybe around 10months ago)
anyways tysmm for your videos !
From watching Lydia Machova now its you thank you so much Sir
I needed this so badly. 감사미다
Also, you are genuinely so hilarious!
It's always important to be structured, especially in the beginning.
07:40 Please do recommend some anyway! 😁
Awesome video! Have been trying to learn korean for well over year now. Currently having difficulties with grammar. When I study grammar I understand it and review it again and again but it feels like I'm just not retaining everything. Trying to find a way to make it fun and enjoyable. Feels like I've just hit a wall and I'm struggling to find a way to overcome this. Really enjoy learning korean and have hopes of maybe learning japanese someday. Watching your video can really relate to everything you talk about. Good luck everybody with your journey!
may I ask what you find difficult about the grammar? I used to think this, until I kept exposing myself to sentences for example, and started to note some patterns. I know the feeling - Korean is not very 'intuitive' at first and I also still have a hard time!
Thank you!! Also loved the live that you did with Bangtan Academy this morning 🐻🐻💜💜
May I know please where can I watch it, if it's available? Thanks.
Where to watch?
I disagree with step 7. A few years ago I read the research article “Making goal pursuit effective: Expectancy-dependent goal setting and planned goal striving” which argues telling other people your goals actually is a detriment to achieving them. I don’t know if any research has been done to refute this, but I agree. The energy you spend telling people is better spent studying and more importantly telling someone feels like you’ve done something, when in reality you haven’t learned anything at all.
If you're just going around telling people "I'm going to learn Korean!" then I'd agree that it's not a great use of time or energy, and it's likely not going to help you feel motivated to do the goal. But if you're saying "Look! Here are my notes from my studies today!" then I think that can be helpful since it's no longer just sharing goals - it's sharing progress.
as an ambitious person with adhd the first two minutes felt like a call out for my entire life 😂
Great video! Do you have any recommendations for simple comics? Thanks!
Good timing. I've been studying a few months, but I feel like I'm making no progress. Maybe if I had an actual study plan 😅
Thanks a lot!
I'm trying to study for real this awesome language, but mostly using videos and duolingo. The app is more for memorization, since they don't actually fully teach. I'm Brazillian, and the app doesn't have the exercises in Brazillian Portuguese, only in English, which makes me end up praticing two languages (and also note that sometimes the listening pratices are terrible). Also, I work all week AND study Psichology as my first graduation.
I'll try to use this method including everything, since sometimes I got lost on where to go.
Thanks again!
I'm Brazilian too, and I agree
Deveria ter mais materiais em português
2 Views, 40s, and zero likes. First like 😁😁😁 Love your videos!
ok your template is cuterrr 🙄😐😔
Digging the 30-day tips here. Practical. I'm also curious how to turn online video content creation into a profitable business. Recommend any guides?
how to crack ta eps exam giving to me study meterial
I hope someone sees this. I am looking for free comics/manhwa/manga(Japanese > Korean translation) that are in korean but I haven't had much luck ;_; If anyone knows of a site or something I would be forever grateful! Once I got past the alphabet stage I started at the making conversation and reading korean in korean but its been struggle to find reading material I am truly interested in, in korean. I've found some english novels I read in the past that have been translated into korean but haven't found any anime or manga.
I also wanted to know how everyone has been going about utilizing reading material to help improve their korean. I try reading a chapter during which I look up translations, read the sentence out loud, break down it's structure and then write down vocab words that can be used in everyday conversation. If anyone has some tips or have a more effective method and would be willing to share I'd appreciate it!
How can you make sure the sentences you are building are grammatically correct? Or a sentence that a Korean person would actually say?
As a beginner, you would need to check with a native speaker or a teacher.
I see the symbol of BTS go billy is back 😩😂
First!!!
