When he starts cracking the geodes and the first one you said you were going to toss - I was saying to myself how pretty and that I would probably buy that.
Would you mind sharing a location? I'm from Knox County Indiana and lots of people talk about the Bloomington/Bedford area for Geodes but never want to discuss how to find a spot. I'm never in that area so I'm completely unfamiliar with it. My boys and I would love to find a spot we can visit at least once.
Sure! This is our family's private property close to Bedford, so unfortunately it's inaccessible for the general public. I will say that Otis Park in Bedford is fantastic. I highly recommend that area!
Hello, I'm and Idiana rock founder also. I've found a fossil that I've been trying to find out what it is? The only way to describe it is by saying it looks like a head of a Predator from the movies? It's not very big. But if you have any idea and wouldn't mind giving me a clue? Thank you
I'm not from Indiana (I'm just a 17 year old from PA who thinks rocks/crystals/fossils/etc are cool) but I think that the "weird" looking fossil might be some sort of sea urchin/echinoid
I still have a large non-crystal geode I found at camp near Bedford. To me it is precious and beautiful, even 60+ years later!
15:20 is a NICE crinoid calyx!
Buddy is hilarious when he makes those faces with his eyes. Adorable kid.
the location of the rock hunter is very good, the river has many beautiful stones. greetings from Indonesian agate hunters
Greetings to you as well, and welcome to our channel :)

There could be plenty of animal bones. I don't know enough to identify what anything is unless it's intact...oh look, a bear...
