Chef, I began exploring regional Indian cooking seriously just a few years ago. Your videos and books have been the bedrock that has allowed me to develop a much greater understanding of the spices and techniques. I am a former food editor, and you are the rare chef who can not only cook and create, but teach and write perfect recipes. I adore your Chettinad Duck! So glad you are making videos again.

Thank you chef for so simple and so quick receipe. And brilliantly explained. Kindly ask the cameraman to focus a little more on the food, so we could understand how much it should be cooked.

@ChefAtulKochhar please share your Tandoori chicken recipe video again! I cooked following your recipe in March 2020 and it was a super hit! Thank you for simple tips that created an awesome dish, including smoking the chicken using sarson ka tel! Unfortunately I Can't find the recipe online anymore ! Please share it again.

@@catprincess9 Yeah, but he normally emphasises the coriander powder... I do love his cooking and am looking forward to eating in one of his restaurants once lockdown is finished.
