Its hard to imagine this takes place every morning without fail. Did you notice the big baskets they were putting food in they did not need. I watched the children, and they paid no attention to these baskets. It was not given to them, so it was not their's to take. The children only took what was given to them. There is no welfare. The monks live off of the giving of alms, and the needy receive what the monks don't need. Those children each received enough food for a week!! Those kids could open their own stall lol
