Just found you. I want to hug you. I, an engineer finally got the dart. Can’t thank you enough for this clear explanation. Short and clear. sunny greetings from Sweden
I need a large dart, and by learning to do this french dart, it has given me a better look in all my garments. It doesn't show nearly as much as the regular dart. Thanks for this visual, it has really helped me.
This is the first time that I've heard about the French Dart. I would love to try it out on a top. I hardly do the side dark but if I'm to get the French Dart I'll have to. make my pattern with the side one to be able to make my top
Excellent as always Peggy but can you please show us what you do with the French dart if you want to crop the top to waist length. Thank you so much xx
Peggy, I will try to incorporate a French Dart in a store-purchased pattern. By using your instructions, I should finish with a better fitting dress. Thank you for sharing. Bernadette
How do I add a dart in a pattern that doesn't already have a dart? Such as t-shirt patterns? I actually need more room in the bust and less in the waist.
Hi Peggy, Wow. Thank you for the great, immediately useful tips-- especially how to treat it if you have to adjust the hip! You've made French darts so much easier for me.
Hi!! Peggy I love darts ,well I have a question how to cut the pattern on the fabric because it has that pointing part on the side and the rest of the pattern inside so please show how to cut this particular dort thank you for answering my questions God bless you
That made absolutely no sense. You didn't even use examples. Are we just supposed to know what the finished product looks like? If you're going to offer examples, you need evidence otherwise this video is useless.

Peggy,
Thanks for the visual regarding adding to the side at the hip. Makes sense to me.

Hi Peggy. Can the French Dart start from the hip line or does it have to be above the waist? Thanks again.
Great instructions !👍☺
sewing is difficult to teach. I am proud of you Peggy.
There is a loud obnoxious HUMMING noise on your videos. You sound set up needs to be adjusted.
How ridiculous!
Why is it ridiculous?

This video is very useful in combination with other videos. Every video can only cover a certain limited topic.
