My second week on the island and enjoying the Aruba sun.
The weather is always perfect so decided to try my luck on the jetty again.
I did try the jetty in the previous days, but it has been really windy and there
were no pelicans flying around or diving.
Assumed there wasn't any baitfish in the area and it showed cause didn't get any bites on those days.
Getting skunked doesn't really matter while enjoying the lovely crystal blue
    waters of Aruba.
The sound of the ocean is so calming while fishing and patience paid off this day.
    I really enjoyed this fight.
Nothing beats fishing on Aruba, One Happy Island.

@@justinbehnke1529Yes I was using jigheads. Brought some 3/16oz, 1/4oz and 3/8oz with me and mostly used the first two weights, last weight only when it was really windy or deep. I usually go by this for hooksizes:
      1/0 for shads between 6 to 7cm
      2/0 for shads between 7 to 9cm
      3/0 for shads between 7,5 to 9,5cm
4/0 for shads between 8 to 10cm and
5/0 for shads between 9 to 11cm... hope this helps
