A message for Trevor, thank you for developing the BEST skates ever! I'm not saying these are the best skates this year they are the best skates ever made to date!
Coming from a guy who has wide flat feet I have been through Graf, Supremes, Tacks and Nexus. I have always had a problem with skates. I could find the width I needed in Supreme fit 3 and Nexus but never felt locked in and had too much movement. The memory foam in this line of skates really takes up alot of negative space and locks your foot into place.
This year I was looking for new skates and tried CCM Tacks Vector Premier, ASV Pro, Ribcor 100k, 88k all wide, Bauer Supreme Mach fit 3 and Bauer Vapor fit 3.
I was just about to pull the trigger on $1400 True SVH and thought I'd order a pair of CCM Jetspeed FT6 in size 10 wide. These babies are without a doubt THE MOST comfortable skates I've ever had!!! They have improved my skating so much, they are fast, agile and explosive. The new bigger blade release dial is awesome also, such a great improvement.
CCM has a real winner here, you owe it to yourself to try on a new Jetspeed before you buy any new skates. I'm a believer now and these FT6 will hopefully last me years to come! Thanks CCM
