Hi Simon Supermarkets killed off the high st Years ago, I used to drive for a large fruit and veg wholesaler but it closed down in early nineties, not due to recession at that time but the small shops could not compete in the giant supermarkets. They are a law unto themselves. I used to deliver on an artic to supermarket RDC'S SOME OK SOME WERE JUST DAM AWFUL NO RESPECT FOR THE DRIVER & HELD THEM TO RANSOM HOPE YOUR WELL MATE THANKS FOR SUPPORTING US DRIVERS

Someone has to get a hold of these big fat cats and govern them and people need to realise if they stick together they can sort things out. Without people's support and backing they are nothing.
