My favorite song by them. LOVE LOVE LOVE "Carolina Drama." "Just then his brother came in holding the milman's hat and a bottle of gin singing...la la la lah..." Go and ask the milkman.
Great idea to go in-depth on one song. Really enjoyed this! I haven't listened to this album for a long time. This is one I have just as digital files - no physical copy, so I'll have to listen again and decide if I need to get the real thing. I remember liking it at the time.
Enjoyed this Chris. Always interesting to hear a story of a song. I guess leaving the ending open to interpretation is probably a better way to finish the song rather than add another verse or two to the song and next thing you know it's turned into a novel.

Thanks for weighing in AG! I think I’d like to do a bit more of these videos cause I think it’s fun to dissect the story within a song.

Haha, that’s true. The ambiguity is good in a way. Thanks Grant!
The ending is great. My interpretation is that his Daddy is the Milkman.
Yes, I’ve considered that! It’s a great theory and it makes sense.. very interested interpretation.
Love it pal! Keep this going. I thought it was great.
Thanks a lot for the support Rob!
