- A list of the order of upcoming prosecution witnesses would typically be given to the defense as a courtesy, but that was not extended to Trump's defense team out of concern that Trump would preemptively attack those witnesses online. The judge agreed that even Trump's lawyers are powerless to prevent Trump from acting out. Trump is not "challenged" by the gag orders.
Trump is challenging the COURT to enforce them.
Trump is challenged by his brain.

Also, since I'm sure that this judge realizes Trump's daring him to do it (he even said that he wants to go to jail), if Trump is found guilty, can the judge take his actions now into consideration when it comes to sentencing?

Cable and network news is largely responsible for that juror's identity being compromised and there's a whiff of the OJ trial coverage, circling this entire proceeding. The juror descriptions they were reporting were too detailed, and according to Rick Wilson, Trump's followers were on Telegram sharing not just her identity, but the other jurors' as well. These people are already in danger, as are anyone in Manhattan who fits their description.
How about also including NO PRESS CONFERENCE OUTSIDE COURTHOUSE!!!

As I understand it, in New York a defendant is entitled to two warnings concerning contempt. When contempt is proven a second time a defendant would then be warned that if the defendant continues to violate the terms of the gag order, then that would be considered criminal contempt and jail time is an option.
But if Trump goes to jail, he'll raise millions, and his poll numbers will go up. His whole campaign is about being a crybaby; as are his followers-- "My white privilege is being challenged!!!"

No he won't. The full 30 days as permitted by NY law would keep things quite during his trial. As many times as he's already violated the gag order, 30 days now would be a good start. Everytime he violates this order, throw him back in for the full 30 days. By then this trial will be over and we can deal with either a conviction or acquittal accordingly.

Each of these protesters brings a concealed air horn. Everytime Donny shows up and opens his mouth, the air horn-equipped protesters - who have distributed themselves around the crowd start surreptiously blasting their own hidden air horn in a random pattern. This will prevent the press from getting his latest repetition of his whining attacks on jurors, witnesses, and our rule of law. Witness list has already been turned over to the defense. Trump wants to know the witness order so he knows who to intimidate first.
No, he already knows who the witnesses are going to be. That would be part of discovery. They just won't know in what order the witnesses will be presented, which means the lawyers will have to schlep tons of documents back and forth to the court every day.

Tbh, l think the judge should throw Trump to Rickers. Every day Trump would go to court and every night he goes to Rickers. That would ensure that he doesn't violate any further gag order.
That would also serve as Trump's soft opening to his future. Just like a father would scare a child.
I love what the DA did as well. Trump doesn't deserve any professional courtesy if he himself give any courtesy back. The judge not believing Trump's lawyers can control Trump is truly laughable.

The key thing is to not allow Trump to be elected into office as President again. We haven't recovered from the mess Trump created from his first 4 years in office. Especially from the damage done to the Republican Party and the House of Representatives.

Remember when it was a question whether or not he could even be indicted? They hemmed and hawed about actually charging him with anything for years after the events for ??? reason? It's why they make such a big deal about all these precedents being set like "omg NOW a president can be charged" as though it was unthinkable beforehand that this could happen.
