🎉 Good to hear your voice Lora!!! So much to say but I only have a few minutes but I wanted to say that what you are doing makes so much sense as I’ve watched your journey from Lora’s Life in Dots. It seems like the changing of the inserts every few months would help reduce the SOS. Because if you did need something structured you could buy a structured insert without changing up your whole setup. I always pick up wisdom and inspiration from you so thank you so very much!!!!
Hi Lora! So glad you're back! I started 2023 in my 5-1/2 X 8-1/2 three ring binder system that I'd been using steadily for about 18 months (where I thought I'd found "planner peace") and then suddenly got the urge to switch to a large expanded Moleskine notebook and go back to a less structured Bullet Journal style in March. It's working so far and like you I'm enjoying the freedom to switch up layouts as needed week to week. So now I anticipate staying with this for the rest of the year. Unless, of course, I suddenly get to urge to switch again...........
To my surprise, after years of jumping between personal rings & A5 rings, I have found the perfect system for my life as it is now is pocket rings. With just a week per page for forward planning and daily pages. I am with you in that everything has to be in one cover. I can’t have more than one planner.
I am so glad you are back, Lora and in such a good planning space. I am also in a Moleskine, but a graph large expanded (400 pages) and I love the extra space. I enjoyed my B6 Stalogy, but needed a change and I have not looked back. May will probably be my last month in this one, but I will continue in a second expanded.
Great video Lora! I realize that I really enjoy watching your videos because you do NOT have that underlying theme of "oh, you should do this my way ..." or "here's the latest cool thing..." I like setting up my planner (in my own way) while watching you set up and explain yours. Parallel play? Hahaha. Glad you are back!
It's so good to see and hear from you again! I'm happy for you and your wide TN, and not at all surprised it's where you've landed ;) 2023 so far have been restless and unsettled for me. After a couple of years of not having a properly functioning laptop, I finally got a new one in March, which sent me spiraling into the world of digital productivity tools. Explored my options for a while, and now I'm 90% settled digitally. But I'm still figuring out how the digital and the analogue can best work together for me. And I still haven't found my place to land. There might be more exploring for me to do.
I’m so glad that you’re back! I just wanted to let you know that it is because of you that I brought my RUclips channel back from the grave🤩🙌 I have been trying to put my planning in a box and for me personally, it just wasn’t working. I was doing the planner experiment while you were doing it and I found out that I can plan in any planner so now I’m planning in all the planners, and having so much fun! You sound so relaxed and happy using what works for you, I think we just need to do what works and stop trying to do what we see around us 💕💕
I am glad you're back! Edited to add that all of the things you like about your system are kind of the opposite for me. I love over engineered Japanese planners. But I think it's great that all kinds of different styles are found in the planner community.
I have a wide PP TN as well (Hazel) and adore the construction. Your Moleskine and Good InkPressions notebooks appear to lay flat; is that the case? I have been using PP journals and it bothers me that they don’t lay flat when open in the TN. Thanks!
Only yesterday I checked to see if you had a new video, it is great to see you! Now I’m off to watch xx
This is a great system!!!! And you sound happy with it 👍❤️
Welcome back!!!! So excited to watch your videos again.❤

Glad to see you back 😊 I love Planner Perfect TNs. I’ve been using it since 2020. I use it with Stalogy to last me longer.

Welcome back. I searched for you about a week ago. I can’t wait to see what you’re using in this season
