This is an effective 10 minute diaphragmatic breathing exercise & meditation inspired by Dr Daniel Amen, a psychiatrist who has scanned 100,000 brains. It is a quick way to switch from the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) allowing you to quickly relax. Enjoy!

I kind of like diaphragmatic breathing more than alternate nostril breathing because it just seems more interesting. Aside from that awesome video!
