    This is an effective 10 minute diaphragmatic breathing exercise & meditation inspired by Dr Daniel Amen, a psychiatrist who has scanned 100,000 brains. It is a quick way to switch from the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) allowing you to quickly relax. Enjoy!

      @@09LonghornsRule I'm super glad it's useful! My channel has been inactive due to problems with computer/mic but should be back up and running to make regular content again within a week or two and I'll certainly make longer versions of this kind of stuff. Have a good day buddy

    I kind of like diaphragmatic breathing more than alternate nostril breathing because it just seems more interesting. Aside from that awesome video!

      How great is this! I listen to this video almost every day and got so use to turning the RUclips of at the end cause of the add. How wonderful that you took the comment to consideration and fixt it!
