I make my own hair products and what I find as a fine hair girlie is if I apply my blow dry cream and heat protectant serum after I apply my leave in on damp hair. I’m able to apply a little more product without the risk of it being weighed down. After I’m done blow drying you can see the gloss from the protectant serum on my hair and then I just flat iron.
Very informative. Was getting worried that Kerastase didn’t make the list coz she’s expensive. Not bad but would expect more protection from her tbh. About to add Pureology to my cart 🛒
I think the point is, if the heat protectant can form enough of a heat protectant barrier to protect the receipt paper then the idea is it will possibly be able to form enough of a coat over hair to protect it. Makes sense to me. Is completely accurate probably not but I think we all get the basic idea

I don't think that's relevant because the structure of hair is nothing like the structure of paper.
