About Conversations for a Cause:
Nerd HQ wouldn’t be the same without our ‘Conversations for a Cause’ Panels. Each year, we work hard to bring you the most entertaining personalities in the most intimate settings possible, giving you the opportunity to learn more about your favourite artists of movies, television and gaming. All proceeds from the panel tickets go to charity.
To that end, The Nerd Machine is committed to our partnership with Operation Smile, a charity that believes every child suffering from a cleft lip or cleft palate deserves exceptional surgical care.
Every year, our ‘Conversations for a Cause’ panels and the ‘Smiles for Smiles’ photo activations help raise awareness and donations for the charity. Over the last five years, you have helped us raise over seven hundred thousand dollars, and this year we’re continuing that tradition.
During Nerd HQ, we stream all of our ‘Conversations for a Cause’ panels, along with a host of interviews and exclusive behind-the-scenes access.

Good comeback for Jocko. He's just a little deadpan on his delivery, but I dont know why no one laughed. The panel was much more entertaining that I thought it was going to be. They need a way to work in these actors personalities into the show. Just a little bit. Its too bad John Pyper-Ferguson didnt attend.
