Since you mentioning apartments. I think the ministry of housing should build rental apartments in these cities. There is a crisis in that housing sector. I was in Jamaica the other day i see so many people mostly young one with good jobs cant get a place to rent. It only shows how one track minded the government is when it comes to housing.
Everytime I see a video the call centre is higher as if another floor is added, what if it spans 14,15,16 floors. Disastrous, Proven construct nice properties but wrong location
Bad construction that building in front devalue the apartments no view and a lot of trafficking, I guess the lower aprtments are selling for less , I wouldn't buy
Looks like a bad plan. Why a business is so close to residential makes little sense. Love to see apartment developments in Jamaica.
