I was lucky enough to attend your concert on Sunday and when you said that Disneyworld makes you feel creatively charged - that's how your concert made me feel. Whether you decide to do another concert or not, I feel so lucky to have attended that one as you were simply incredible and better than I had even imagined. Please keep doing what you're doing. Your voice, on whatever platform, for whatever use, is amazing. Thank you again and hope you get the chance to read my blog post on what your concert meant to me 💕

It has just occurred to me that your channel is no longer called "Itswaypastmybedtime". I have a feeling that I am really slow to the party and that the channel name probably changed a long time ago. For me, I think I'll always think of your channel as "itswaypastmybedtime" because there is something so comforting about knowing that someone else is also staying up too late and you don't have to feel bad about it. For a teenage insomniac, your channel really took away the guilt of being up late. Thank you for all the amazing content you have produced and for sharing part of your life with us. You inspire thousands around the world to live their best life.
We not only watch you cause you’re a great human being, but you always have some mystery too you cause we never know what you’re going to do next!! Congrats on your concert, they are always so frightening, but the more you do it, the more you will hopefully loosen up. Proud of you!
It’s okay to end your experience without a changed mind. Facing your fears doesn’t always work out the way it’s promised. I have severe emetophobia (fear of vomit) and recently I got sick, afterwards, I still have emetophobia. I was always told by family and friends that it was something I can just “get over” and something I’m probably just gonna do it one day and then I’ll realise it’s not so bad. Nope, I’m actually watching this in the hopes of distraction from an anxiety attack because I felt slightly nauseous because I ate too much. Just because you can do it doesn’t mean you have to. I’m proud of myself for handling getting sick as well as I did. I really don’t want to do it again because it was horrible. I hate when people think that once means you have to do it again. It’s okay to do something and realise it’s not for you.
Carrie you were absolutely incredible and I cried 10 times! You should be so proud of yourself and I’m proud of you for acomplishing something you were scared of xxx
My 15 year old daughter has been a huge fan for quite some time. We saw your first concert on Saturday afternoon and you were brilliant. I had a very brief chat to your mum prior to the concert about how you were feeling. Carrie you are super talented and deserve to be heard by a much larger audience. Hopefully, despite your nerves, you will perform more live concerts and take the show to venues outside of London.

I’m so happy you saw and enjoyed my review of When the Curtain Falls! It means so much to me that you enjoyed what I had to say about it - it’s honestly my favorite thing to listen to right now. I so wish I was able to come to the UK to see the concerts. I’m planning to make some dance videos to some of the songs from the album and I’ll definitely share them with you!

I really enjoyed your concert (I was at the Sunday afternoon one), and your nervousness took nothing away from the show for me. Rather, it just made it feel more real and I really appreciated your vulnerability and what you gave of yourself. I had goosebumps and shivers almost the entire concert from your amazing voice and your renditions of those songs. It was amazing.
I'm so impressed, and weirdly, though I don't actually know you, I'm also super proud of you. Because I know from previous videos that this was hard, and I witnessed your nervousness on stage, I was just super proud of you. (I hope this doesn't come across as weird, it's only meant as encouragement.) You did it, and you can do it again, if you want to! Yay!

If you do a concert once a year, I know I’ll definitely be going to England once a year lol. I definitely get not knowing if you enjoyed it or not, it’s such a difficult emotion to feel! I feel genuinely happy for you that you got over that fear, you worked hard for it and I’m happy! I NEED to go to Disney World at some point, I have never been!

I am so excited that you are coming to Disney world!! I am working in Outdoor Vending at the Magic Kingdom this semester through the Disney College Program, and I hope our paths will cross!! I am absolutely loving my program, and meeting you would make it even more magical! Congratulations on your concert, it sounds like it was lovely despite how frightening it was!
I’m a musician so this is my standard situation. The trick is that the first 2-3 songs should be your comforting moment, just the entire two to three songs should be so comfortable for your voice that you can do them on autopilot mode. Then after that you can chitchat with the audience, because that is THe mOSt sTResSfUL tHInG to do on stage. I know. Talking is scary. Especially when it’s the actual you that does it. My PRO-TIP is to look at the top left of the stage before you start talking or singing, find a corner or a light or something, that gives you mental strength and confidence (it’s scientifically proven i guess). And if you only play one-three songs welp, good luck little one. Have a big cup of tea, like 50 cl, and think of puppies huggin’ kittens all the way through. Hopes this helps someone. Stay awesome everyone!
Carrie! I'm sure your concerts were great, you were an amazing singer and I'm just gutted I couldn't be there. Just waiting for your album to arrive and I can't wait. Facing your fears is a great thing, it may not feel like it while you're doing it but after you have done it and have got over your fear that you did it, you will be very grateful for the experience even if you don't do it again. You're amazing and keep going ❤

I being stuck in Australia means I wasn't able to see you perform - I'm sure you were wonderful. And I'm proud of you for facing your fear, so to speak. Heck, I'm terrified of essentially being 'myself' on stage, instead of say being a character in a comedy or drama or something.

This is going to be maybe too much of a Nosy Nancy request, BUT can you do an explain video for how you planned your concert? I am certainly not preparing a concert in the near future, but I am quite curious about processes. Do you need rights for songs for Disney or your past shows e.g. Addams Family's Pulled? Did you already have a contact for booking a venue? How did you hire the people who worked on it and how did you pay them? Just nosy questions to satisfy my curiosity. No need if it does not pique your interest.

i really wanted to take at least one picture of you in concert but the sign said no pictures and i just kept remembering the videos of you saying you dont like it when people do that so i restrained myself and then when my phone dropped out of my pocket for the standing ovation it smashed and is irreparable :( but it doesnt matter the concert was amazing i cried at nearly every song but it wasnt a sad cry more like an emotionally filled one because i finally got to see you perform live and tick something off my bucket list

There's interesting behavioural economics and psychology that talks about the difference between experience vs memory in terms of happiness/pain.
Enjoying knowing that you have achieved this is the main thing! Somethings you may enjoy a lot more than others and it's ok to say that, but most important thing is that you realise what you want in life and taking these terribly scary opportunities is all part of it! Y'all, I have a theory. Carrie mentioned that she has a lot of stuff in the works for this year that she can't discuss with us. It could be a musical, a new book, another concert. I think we should consider a movie as well. Now don't get your hopes up just yet because obviously it's just a theory, but I think she could totally be involved with Disney. Plus she is going to Disney World soon! I just rewatched that interview with Alan Menken, and if we don't see something soon from these two, I'll be shook. Thoughts?

You`re such a beautiful human being! I´m a singer too and I´ve sang in a stage very big as well for an actual concert and I understand every single word you`re saying! It´s not the BEST feeling in the world and it´s really hard having people judging you for who you really are! I´m sure you managed it much better than I did at the time ahahah Anyway, I love you! I´m just so happy to see that you are growing so much and having such nice experiences! To see you grow and become such a Wonderfull person it´s beautiful! I am hoping to go to Disney World for the first time next year and was wondering if you or anyone in the comments had any suggestions on things I should do while I am there or places I should eat. When you go do you visit a specific park each day or is it better to get park hopper tickets and travel between parks? Anything you think I should know would be great.
