If I ever come to Lahore, I'll definitely see you brother. Fazal-e-Haq you are the best. I've been watching this video and cooking goat karahi with my variations for so long. Thank you. 🙏🏼
I thank you for your valuable advice. I have tried this recipe too and pressure cooked the mutton for 30 mins and the meat was reduced to fibres and strands.
very nice.... Pakistani street food has been my favorite for long time it tastes amazing! Very nice and hard working people.... Love Pakistan. Nothing beats Pakistani food! Nothing!
such a simple recipe....cooked it for my wife and kids...kept the chilly low just like in the video and my kids liked it too...... the roadside location with the namaz breaking out halfway reminded me of muslim streets back in Bombay where I grew up before leaving India......everything is so similar....sadly , our countries will never be friends....
I have just tried and made this karahi. Believe me it turned out really fantastic. Excellent taste. Thanks very much, amjad and his friends. Also give our salaam to Fazal E haq saib, no doubt he is a great cook
wow.... that looks awesome...tried similar recipe when I was in USA. Separation between people should exist only on the basis or food, art and cricket :D Nothing else is required...no terrorism, no war.. just have food competitions.. Nice video Amjad bhai .. Will try this very soon. Can you please let me know whats Pakistani garam masala consists of?
That is true. The intensity of the chili powder, and the outside temperature and humidity will put you in a euphoria truly outside of yourself ! A culinary experience very few in the West experience !
Thank you Mr Amjad Alvi for posting this video and a huge respect to the guy who is cooking in this video. What's his name? Tried it several times now, such an easy and amazing recipe. Everyone loved it and people got crazy here in my Boston office (including my American buds). I hope to visit one day personally and taste it by myself. God bless him, love from New Delhi/Boston!!!

Thats f'ing incredible. One of the best cooking videos I have ever seen. Such passion and perfection. And he is doing multiple stuffs at the same time. Damn, I wish I was in this shop to taste it.
Prem G! Come to Pakistan with a visa of 40 days. We will show you taste of food espacially in Mutton, Chicken, Rice and Grains. We cook vegetable as well. But, its almost same like Indian Punjab.
+Sreenath Prem We will never ask you to eat Beaf or even allow to cook or server to anyone else as well. We are human being and respect values of others. Yeah! I know bloody power, money & resources greedy people have made it very difficult to travel in sub continent.
True that. But not all Indians hate beef, I'm from the South and I do eat beef. In fact, I don't have any partiality towards any animal in that sense. :)
Love this video and I am going to make this for lunch minus the pakistani garam masala which I can't find the recipe for but will be replacing it with supermarket garam masala, with the obvious side effects of changing the taste. What goes into the pakistani garam masala? I've found one recipe where it appears pakistani garam masala is essentially 4 spices - black peppercorn, black cardamom, cumin and cloves - is this it?
😅😆 actually it's Kadai Masala. Check on Google or on RUclips itself. You will get it. I am sure in India, you can get ready made Kadai masala by one of the branded producers. National and Shan supply this in the UK
1000x thanks I just finished cooking this recipe, I actually made with chicken as with that I cooked lamb biryani (with quick laziza masala). I must say I am really a bad cook but this recipe worked out so well that for the first time I feel proud of my cooking ;-) BTW here in Germany you only get worst desi food in restaurants and I really miss PK as well as Lahori food.
If I ever come to Lahore, I'll definitely see you brother. Fazal-e-Haq you are the best. I've been watching this video and cooking goat karahi with my variations for so long. Thank you. 🙏🏼
