my problem is exactly tig’s omg. i know some things are bad for me, and know i will not feel good afterwards, but i use the same “aw oh well” mindset. for me though i can absolutely tell its a mental health + grief + control thing… (in therapy soon trust). but its just so ridiculous when i know better. i really hope to work on this just so i can literally not feel bad anymore. thank you guys for sharing ❤

I’ve never thought to get a t-shirt tailored…probably because I’m so short that *every* pair of pants I buy requires altering, so I think I’d go crazy if I started altering tee’s too! *I think maybe I should just start my own clothing label!😂 You in, Mae?!😉🤣

I use to worry and hate my looks and now I am 61 I see photos of myself then and wish I had not wasted so much time thinking I don't look "the way I should look". I was a freakin hot babe then! Embrace your youth and hotness!!
Grounding sheets are 100% a scam. Both in terms of what they claim electrical charge does to your health and in terms of claiming to remove said charge.
I recently just went carnivore diet, giving up all gluten, sugar and carbs. Dairy is still acceptable and I use it more as a condiment.....sides of something with cheese or sour cream on it. Ironically, bacon makes my stomach upset, yet I still try to incorporated it into my meals. It never turns out good. lol My kids and family are having a great time laughing at me for my choices. I'm happy to be the butt of their jokes though because laughter does bring us together in the strangest ways. Anyway, Keep it Handsome! Love you all!
