Amazing environment, like a food jungle, The resident cat is a tad spoiled, demanding that you get a move on, (chuckle) I have a couple of yellowing plants just like yours, others are just fine. I'm going to use AI to see what is missing in the soil.
Guanabana also called soursop is sooooo delish!!! I’ve only ordered some from an exotic fruit place one time and it was not cheap! Found out if you juice it- make sure you get all the seeds out or a food poisoning reaction happens. Learned the hard way. Seriously it tastes like candy though. Supposed to have healing powers for those suffering with cancer.
As someone who lives in Costa, that is not Costa. We don't have a lot of the plants or produce available that she's showing. As for Bali or Thailand, foreigners cannot legally own land in those countries. Based on the unique features of that house she's renting, I'd say yes it's likely Maui or one of the other neighboring islands, . Maui doesn't have mountains like that though so most likely one of the others.

I put little sticks all in my garden beds to keep my cats from laying, digging etc. Really works!

As for Bali or Thailand, foreigners cannot legally own land in those countries.
