There is no best build in my opinion. It all depends on the player and the gameplay. Love the content though, i did learn about a module that made my build better on Kyle.
Lol your are right it really does depends on the player that's why I try to make mine as simple as possible so that others can take what thay need from it to add to add it to there's there are so many people with different ideas and and I will love to help create new ones for them if possible and thk u I like that I was able to help you with something thk u
Also I just found out this if u add his body enhancement mod u can go to 32 thousand hp and 86 thousand def and one shield but its pretty cool
