I would happily choose Vivaldi on both desktop as well as my Android phone. However, the sync is very unreliable. Some people say they are not experiencing any issue. But personally I have tried Vivaldi 5x times and the sync issues made my switch back to Brave. I really hope this is fixed. I can be more specific. When I first sync , it works perfectly. But, after I close tabs on my synced devices, they still appear as open. I have to quit the browser a couple of times to see those tabs vanish. The same problem exists if I open a new tab in one of the devices. It takes forever for that to show up in the other device. Another issue is that it is an ai era. It is such a required feature in 2024, which helps in summarizing long pages / videos. If vivaldi can fix these two then I would happily switch over to Vivaldi. I love their mission and what they stand for. But cannot compromise on these two features.
How to permanently turn off Autofill, reading list, notes sync? In android? Every time I log in to my vivaldi account, the sync options that I turned off before are automatically turning on.
Been using vivaldi for awhile and its amazing, i dont plan on switching but i kinda want a second browser too one thats simple and arc seems to be what im looking been looking for.
I'm in the process of looking for a new browser, Arc seemed awesome, I loved how it handles tab folders and works spaces... if it wasn't for the absurd idea of CLOSING YOUR TABS AUTOMATICALLY after a time period which makes absolutely zero sense. If I didn't close a tab maybe it means i didn't want it to close, no? Apparently it's a concept too hard to grasp for Arc devs
@@YatofromNoragami it's super cumbersome to have to do that for each tab. I've also noticed the interface disposition is not as well designed as other browsers. I tried Vivaldi, it's much better. Does most of the things Arc does while being better at others and being way more customizable
@@v0ldy54 i don't care about customization .....ARC was difficulty to handle at first since it was different but now it's way easier than others ! Specially those vertical tabs
@@YatofromNoragami Vivaldi and many other browsers can use vertical tabs, which btw sound good at the start but really isn't when you're multitasking and horizontal space becomes actually more important than the vertical space unless you have a super wide monitor. And as I said, the others you can just pick the layout that fits your screen better.

@@v0ldy54 but I like my vertical tabs though .......and spaces are really great
At the moment still Arc, but I'm trying to switch from it - tried vivaldi, brave, edge..
Firefox shoud really look into profiles for settings, themes, extensions
Firefox 💯
I switched to main Vivaldi since the Opera was sold to a Chinese company.
What would happen if Firefox made a cloud service 🤔
vivaldi underrated
Zen Browser = Firefox (optimized) + Arc
vivaldi and firefox work on linux
arc👎
