As a autistic sixteen year old, I used to struggle with friendships. As a homeschooler, I didn't have the same social situations most people have. Nowadays I actually do have dozens of friends and one or two close friends. God has trained me in only a few short years to be able to walk into a room of strangers and leave behind a room of friends, all because he makes me strong enough to be social and be an example. That being said, I still struggle with talking to girls, I haven't had a girlfriend yet and have been rejected multiple times, so it does suck, and now the girls that seem to be my options are technically impossible, but God did give me a promise I would marry someone. So it hurts for now, I am trying to live as he would want me to, do as be says, and I simply don't have someone. But, I know what God said to me which is more secure than a vain promise of man. So, I follow him. So we are free to struggle, but not struggling to be free. You can even change, don't be afraid.
Whatever you’re going through right now, remember that Jesus knows how you feel and sympathizes with your pain and weakness. He may not remove the anguish or change your situation, but He’ll always give you the grace to resist temptation, endure suffering, and grow in spiritual maturity.

Not many bands make their own lyric videos - this is so powerful! The cd's signature font really adds to the song and helps you FEEL the meaning - esp. the words "hallelujah", "sing", and "free"!

On one of the verses, where it says "we are free to struggle, we're not struggling to be free", it reminded me that I can't take on my porn addiction head-on or try to stop thinking about it on my own. Jesus will fight for us, and if we give it to Him, He will take care of it.
Hallelujah! When a Christ-follower genuinely struggles with sin and temptations that means they are alive. An unbeliever does not sruggle because he/she is dead in sin. Dead people do not struggle, cuz guess what, they're dead! God hates religious legalism and fear mongering. Some people think we should return to that Hellfire and brimstone preaching, but that's probably caused more people to be bound by fear in the first place. Peter was scared of the winds, even when Jesus was with them. As he looked out to the winds, he was scared, and began to sink. Everyone, why do we doubt? God is right here with us. We just need to ask him to help us. As sailors, we cannot fight against the waves and the winds. However, if we aski God to help us, we have no need to doubt.

One time I yelled "I love you Mike!" and he looked down and said "I live you too random screamer." honestly. Best moment of my life until after the show when I met him and got the bands autographs and he recognized me..I just love TAN. Absolutely the best Christian band.

Hi. My name is Anna. I am 18 years old. I have never self harmed, done drugs, or been abused. I have a great life. But I don't know what I am going to do in the future, I have recently gotten back into an old addiction of mine, I don't drive yet, I have never had a job, never had a boyfriend, I have a lot of things to catch up on, I have fallen behind in life, I am scared and lonely. This song is so inspirational. When I was going through some hard times when my uncle's health took a turn for the worst, I was singing this song and it made me feel better. Later that day, my uncle got better, and I told my family and my pastor that I was thinking about this song and it helped me feel better, then I played it to help my cousin remember hearing this song.

Thank you all so much to the people who have been praying. I can tell it has been helping a lot! :) Next week at some point I am going to be taking the Accuplacer for PSEO again. If I pass I get more options for classes. It will be my 4th time trying it. I switch back and forth between feeling very confident thinking "I am going to pass but will accept it and not be to upset if I don't" and "I don't know if I can handle it again... " The past 3 times I took it my scores were pretty low. 10 to 20 points (depending what section) below what they need to be to pass. Every time I went in there and took it the previous times I would feel like the test went great and I got a lot of answers right... But then I would get the sheet and see the scores and the scores that are needed to pass.... I do struggle with pushing myself to keep going in school everyday, I lack motivation to keep going in school and part of it might be fear but I do want to pass this. I Know I am smart and can pass this if it was not for nerves, and anxiety and if my brain works clearly on the day. I have become kind of dependent on commenting on christian videos and getting people to pray for me. Maybe that is a bad thing, but I have noticed a difference in myself, my Moms arm healed great when she broke it, the doctor said it was one of the best elbow healings he has seen, and my friend Arianna is doing much better. Still has her struggles and could use prayers but is doing so much better! I do have people I can ask for prayers and I do go to church every sunday. But I find reaching out and getting even more help, truly helps a lot. Pray that I may pass the test? Again thank you all.

well, just make sure you realize that salvation isn't just a warm fuzzy feeling you feel on Sundays and when you listen to Christian music. It's a gift that we readily receive and came at the ultimate cost. If music makes you feel Christian... might wanna analyze your walk with God.

I don't know if you (Tenth Avenue North) reads these comments, but I just want to say THANK YOU!!! I don't have an amazing testimony or come back story....But the Lord talked to me through your music breaking me down so he could build me back up whole. I'd hear your songs in the weirdest places or ways one after another, like God kept tapping me to get my attention (1. Worn 2. You are more 3. Forgive me 4. BELOVED 5. The Struggle). Finally after a week I broke down and gave up everything sinful that was in my life. He has opened my eyes and set me free! I went around singing this song for months haha I love it. I've been a born again Christian for about 3 years now and have the Hope that God will shine his light through me and reach my husband. I finally got to see you @Soulfest last night with my son Landon whose 5yrs old.
