This department is obviously corrupt AF, but I didn’t hear any evidence that this repossession was a result of any mistake. I don’t have any sympathy for people that don’t pay their bills and then prevent repossession by causing a breach of the peace.
However, we all know that cops are famous for making victims out of people that we wouldn’t otherwise have any sympathy for.

Don't worry, these public servants will properly investigate themselves and they will all be innocent, doing their jobs as trained. you are guilty until proven innocent.

Sergeant arrives, drives past the wrecker and towed car, and ask if the tow truck driver is still there? How situationally aware is this guy? Not good cop material!

How bad is policing in America? This is bad, and not a single cop will be held accountable for their actions.

The world runs off bonds.. when are people going to learn. All she has to do is place a claim on the police surety bond with there insurance carrier. And easy $75,000 for each rights violation. What’s even more sad is lawyers keep this from victims. Like literally lawsuits are not needed

A repo man was killed in Houston as he drove off with a guys truck in tow. He was charged and it went to the grand jury which failed to indict him. He was no billed on the grounds that the repo man took the truck at night as per Texas law.
