Consider trying a Slime build at some point. Slimes eat anything except other Slimes, so once you've got a handful of them, basically all your minions are future slime food, and only their Attack stat scales... but does it ever scale; I had a slime with over 500 attack in my last run! Load up on minion summoning and attack boosting treasures, add minions whenever possible, basically stop using Removal, and embrace the delicious chaos!
Wasn't sure if slimes ate other slimes, that's always made me a little leery of trying them. Sounds almost as good as actually getting a tentacle run going though.
I can’t wait for the timehound. I had a round where thanks to multiple relics I got acceleration to the point the blue demons created acceleration each turn, three of those undead blacksmiths, the artifact that has a chance to increase damage permanently every time the cooldown gets to 0, and well. Time dog had like 17 or so acceleration at the very end and just… mauled the boss and everything in its vicinity.
Having gotten pretty deep into the game, I have to say, without the Murloc or Poison Arrow relic I have a lot of trouble generating poison fog all that reliably. Somehow it seems way easier to buff fog damage than it is to actually generate it.
It's soooo satisfying when a synergy comes together in this game. I have been playing this almost non-stop since it came out in English. Hopefully the developers continue to support it with new units and artifacts.
You know what i really like about the ascension in this game so far is that instead of just adding hp and damage it makes one or two tools weaker, but not unusable, so you are pushed to use some of the others.
The item that gives time hound a bonus for being in the corner is a pretty specific Lovecraft reference. Hounds of Tindallos can appear from corners and angles.
Petition to start calling these types of games luck-be-likes, because the title length starts to cut off important information at a certain length. Almost skipped this vid thinking it was just a weird update to LBAL based on what i could see of the title.
This is not intended as a negative comment, just a small QOL thing as a viewer. The title of the game is the hardest thing for me to see about this video when looking at it on the “recommended” page in the youtube app. I know it’s in the thumbnail, but it’s to the background and not super clear if you don’t have great eyesight. Obviously i can open the video and work out what it is, but like i said; I almost skipped it thinking it was LBAL.

Loving this series! It's super fun to see how the different builds work out. I'm especially curious once the difficult ramps up a bit!
Good episode, quite enjoyable. Can’t wait to see a Sun Core + Shards build that just annihilates the boss.
We are just a few episodes in but this is already my favorit daily thing to watch at the moment!

They're like your XP resource or whatever, hitting thresholds of the green crystals is what unlocks the alternate ring options.
