Vegeta also in the current manga has heavily implied that he wants to atone for his mistakes and in some small ways the sins of the Saiyans. He feels like the Sayians wrote their own fate even before Frieza took them into his army. And even if they did wish them back, they would almost certainly return to their barbaric and evil ways. The sayians of universe 6 are different in that they are naturally more peaceful and don’t seek to subjugate others to their power or wishes. Should the Sayians return to life the first thing they would do, was seek conflict because it’s in their nature. And then with Frieza also back they would want their revenge and that could turn into an all out war with neither side caring for the innocent blood that would be spilt. I think deep down if nothing else Vegeta knows that and outright would rather not deal with that situation. For him it’s bad enough that Frieza is back and that as, shown at the end of super Broly is already having MASSIVE repercussions for the universe at large. That situation is directly Goku’s fault. Especially when he could have, and should killed Frieza after Super Broly but chose not to.
considering how sinister universe 7's saiyans are I can't imagine Goku or Vegeta would want to be responsible for the widespread destruction their resurrection would cause. Nor would they want to (or could they) shepherd them toward the universe 6 saiyan demeanor. They would have to rule by force as frieza did (who would likely just re-extinct them immediately)
One thing I always found interesting about the Saiyans is that in the Z Saga, they're depicted as brutal, cold-hearted killers; yet in the Super Saga, they actually made them seem somewhat pretty chill. Chalk it up to a planet-killing tyrant cracking the whip upon them to explain the apparent mixed depiction, I suppose.
No, the U7 saiyans still are depicted as cold blooded killers. Bardock even stated that they long before had been conquering planets before frieza took them in to do his dirty work
I say the conservation is in me would always still see it is sad that their race would go extinct with them. It might be something that they might think about in their later lives. I've never really liked the universe 6 saiyans because they're essentially like a different species.
It still makes no sense to me, why continuously refer to yourself as prince of all sayains if there is only a few sayians and no government. Goku is pointless to talk about on wishing back the sayians due to his mental health after his head injury. How long did king kai complain about being dead? But vegeta never abandon his worthless title. He still cares about sayians on some level. We saw it in the tournament with how he taught the 6ths sayians. Honestly he just seems selfish and prideful. That's the point you missed. If he brings back the sayians he'll fall further behind goku and goku would still be the strongest. The prince would become the king. But a king who is only second best. He'd rather be better than Goku than second best king.
Not counting the Super DragonBalls I think the earth DragonBalls can only revive up to a year after unnatural death. I don't think the same applies to the Namekian DragonBalls either, but that I always my thought on it as for as the earth DragonBalls go.
I see a lot of people saying bc the saiyans were conquerers & didn’t want to bring em back bc they’d invade & destroy other planets. But him & vegeta are so powerful the saiyans couldn’t even do whatever they wanted.
You know what? At this point of the story Goku and Vegeta grew as persons. Goku found out his family wasn't that bad. Vegeta learnt the meaning of family. So I would love something like this. They both are saiyan gods now and since saiyan population is still a thing in universe 6 they could repopulate it with their help. There is Broly who could be Kale's partner and start a family. A berserker saiyans clan would be amazing. Also They could try to revive Nappa and Radish (If they didn't reincarnate yet), they are not strong enough to disobey Vegeta, so they would probably turn good with time, not someone to invite at your party but still two saiyan who could create a family with other saiyans of universe 6. Bulla and Goten are both half saiyans without love interest so it would be nice if they had full saiyan partners. Gohan has a Videl and Trunks has Mai, so they would never leave their home, the same goes with Cabba, he is very loyal to his king. King Vegeta and the majority of the saiyans who died because of Frieza were evil and probably reincarnated (it's been 40 years) . Vegeta also has a brother somewhere, He would be a great partner for the likes of Caulifla. Bardock and Gine probably went on paradise, so they could come back, with all the pure hearted saiyans who ever existed (like Yamoshi or a canon Shallot) Vegeta is a royal figure, so in terms of politics that would be ok with the galactic patrol. On top of that they have the super dragon balls and the favor of Zeno (He loves great warriors and the idea of other saiyans with the potential of Goku may be interesting to him) So yeah I think this is quite possible, very unlikely but possible.
Just because goku's family wasn't that bad doesn't mean the rest of his family was. And no, Vegeta's redemptionw wasn't even because of family. His family was just part of it. It was because vegeta got humbled and understood the meaning of what he did and why. Vegeta's redemption in the buu saga didn't happen because he suddenly cared for bulma and trunks. It was also because he learned that there were things far more important than himself, aka humility. None of the Saiyans learned it so they deserved to get fucked over. They're not coming back at all
I think it’s because two things, that it could be wish limits unless these use super dragon balls or it’s because most of saiyans were consumed by evil, not all saiyans were evil but most were which could be problematic
So I know this video is from a while ago but I think maybe Vegeta in some ways wants to leave the Saiyans and how they acted in the past. He's changed a lot over time, in the Moro arc he wants to save the Namekians to make up for what he did in the Frieza saga. He currently is not the same person he used to be and probably wants to leave his old way of life separate from his future. I personally would like to see the interactions with Goku and his family or King Vegeta and Vegeta now given how far they both have come. However, I realize it wouldn't make much sense in terms of motivation and also it would add an element that would need to be addressed in the story going forward which might impact creativity on future arcs.
I think now Goku may have reasoning. Especially after broly and with Gokus reasoning in the cell saga for training Gohan. Having Saiyan's that he can train to protect the universe would be something that he would at least consider.
It's honestly better the way it is, besides since the new Broly movie that came out in 2019 is considered canon. There's no need to wish them back. Especially since Dragon Ball is convoluted as it is when it comes to certain plot points.
If the developers want it to happen then it will lol The beautiful thing about Dragon Ball is that so many things can happen and there will always be some fans unhappy about it. But remember this, so many timelines exist that I guarantee in at least one of them the Universe 7 saiyans didn’t get destroyed and goku, Vegeta, and Broly are still on planet Vegeta.
Everything you said is true. But there’s also one other fact that many don’t see. You see in dragon ball Z none of the dragon balls will be able to grant a wish to restore the saiyan race. It wasn’t until Dragon Ball Super that we can find out it was a possibility but even then the warrior race heritage that holy learned about was that they were a tyrannical race as well. Even with Goku and vegeta at the peak of their training, my other assumption is that their race would become another enemy. Something neither of them would have wanted
I feel it has to come down to character maturity and growth. Let's talks specifically about Vegeta I firmly believe young vegeta did have sentimantal feelings for his family, but he's basically a war slave, doesn't know about dragon balls, so what can he do about it? Vegeta is a pretty logical person so if there is nothing he can do about it, he's not the type of guy to research alternatives. He just kinda moves in a straight line that's conveniant for him. Teen vegeta: (the one that fights goku) at this point Vegeta is pretty brainwashed by the Frieza life style. I'm not saying Frieza was a suregoat father. But it's justifiable to say that if Vegeta was raised by his father and race, instead of by a warlord sociopath, that vegeta would of easily ended up a different person in mind set. So this is a Vegeta who grew up in in a dog eat dog world, none stop war and target hunting in the name of Frieza. But notice the moment he learned about the dragon balls he wants to gain himself immortality. Not Frieza, not his allies, himself. This shows a core part of his character, he's a logical thinker who thinks about his self interest and DOES think about ways to get payback. He does not like what Frieza did to him, and thus the moment a oppurtunity for payback presents itself, he takes it. He's not thinking about his race, for his race already died, reviving them is literally pointless, if the same creature who killed them, is still here. Maybe he did want to bring them back, but he knows very well, that's absolutely pointless if the immediate threat of Frieza isn't dealt with first. Logical thinker. Adult Vegeta: (super) at this point Vegeta is a full fledged dad and adult, committed to his family, at this point perhaps he's fantasized the idea of the return of saiyan. But then he remembers what Saiyans are. Warriors who seek trouble, at this point Vegeta is a proper super hero. And perhaps at this point bringing back the saiyans would only mean a threat to his new way of life. He respects his families legacy, but that doesn't necessarly means he thinks its a good idea to bring them back. Especially now that he's aware how fucking dangerous Saiyans can become just through proper training. Remember, Goku did not have good saiyan genetics, him and his brother were your run of the mill normal saiyans. Sure their father was a semi-accomplished seasoned fighter, but that was through hard work, not genetics. Canon, Vegeta is actually the one with superior saiyan genetics. So if a runt like goku can close the gap and even surpass vegeta through training, then that means technically any saiyan is. So is bringing back saiyans really a good idea?
I would think the reason is because theres too many and they have a ruthless nature bt goku and vegeta so powerful they could demonstrate theyre even stronger than freiza and frieza was strong enough to have theyre whole race in line so vegeta and goku could lead them and change the way they operate and focus more on fighting and adopt gokus philosophy of love and mercy prolly not to his extent bt in a way they would be more similar to vegeta
Actually I would love to see them wish back Planet Vegeta and its inhabitants with the Super Dragon Balls. We don't get enough cool female sayings. And to be honest I would love to see a Universe 7 female being on the same level as Goku or Vegeta. Probably because I want to see what a Super Saiyan 3, 4, and a God form with look like as a female. And kale and caulifla is probably a very long way from getting anything closely resembling it.
I hope they do bring them back man I don't care I've if there weak I just live there characters like Bardok and king vegeta as well as other saying I would like to see
I think that there was a possibility that Goku and Vegeta understood the nature of the old Sayians in that they were more cruel and possibly had a desire to take over other planets and therefore decided not to resurrect them. Also, I think a good idea for future videos would be to see how the characters differed between BDZ and DBS. I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions.
I think vegeta is proud of his people but they weren't strong enough to survive. If they wished back the dead saiyans then that lack of strength would be allowed to live on. I think vegeta wants the saiyans to live but through him and all the saiyans that we're strong enough to survive. He wants new strong saiyans not the old weak and stupid saiyans.
Well just look how strong goku, vegeta and Broly are alone, now just imagine an entire race of saiyans with possibly the same potential as them 😬 and then they decide to do a full planet fusion 🤣 bruh even the Omni king would be history at that point lmao
To be honest the writers won’t bring back the sayain race because they are all named after Vegetables and they would run out of names because there are not that many vegetables
Vegeta always yelled out that he's the prince of all Sayians when he has no planet or a race to call it other than Goku. All that talk always annoyed me to the point of him wanting to wish for planet Vegeta.
It's not like any of them beat the z fighters as they are now. Would be too easy to destroy it again or whip them into submission ssj should be more than enough
I dont think its possible for goku and vegeta reviving the saiyans with the dragon balls due to the fact that its stated that shenron cant revive people that are dead longer then a year and since the saiyans are dead for decades by now it would probably mean that shenron cant revive them so yeah thats the answer
Technically planet Vegeta was was wished back dragon on planet namic they wished everyone who was ever killed by freeza and his men nappa was brought back and do was planet kenassa so it's only logical that planet Vegeta was brought back as well as well as the sayan race
Why you talk like Vegeta and Goku have a free conscience? Toriyama writes them not to care because he doesn't want them to. It's all about convenience. Vegetal cried when freeza was killing him. Thinking about his father and planet and inspired goku to have saiyan pride during the Namek saga and those Dragon balls are powerful enough to grant the wish.
U wanna know why because if they do the tuffles would return in dragon ball super they have consequences for wishing back planet vegeta and the reviving sayions
Well i know im a year late but they did wish them back at the freiza saga they wished all people killed by freiza wouldnt that inplie theat the sayians back
I get not bringing back everyone but I'm sorry, goku could and should bring back his brother. They can train together and goku could beat his ass if he doesn't get in line like vegeta did lol. Goku revived and got his worst enemy back to living world why not bring back someone who could be a power house. Now vegeta I agree with you on the reaching the peak and I would add he doesn't want to bring them back because they were too weak to survive the planet being destroyed. This is why vegeta killed napa in the first place, too weak to beat a low class Saiyan. IF vegeta would have killed Goku at anytime, vegeta would have probably been very mad if they brought goku back as he would be seen as weak, but as we know Vegeta think and know goku is strong.
Maybe they dont because kami said its not possible. Only can revive a person within first year they died so no its not up to goku or vegeta so this is pointless low key no to hate on the video good video but this is what was said
I mean, let’s be honest Beerus would’ve destroyed them anyways, so Vegeta wouldn’t want to take that risk of them getting destroyed again especially since the saiyans have their cruel violent nature of attacking and conquering planets
My head canon is that King Kai is aware many of these Saiyans have latent abilities similar to Goku and the advancement Goku and Vegeta made in the "super saiyan arts" are a very dangerous thing to exist with a planet full of saiyans. I know Toriyama wasn't thinking of this but in real life the second explorer is ALWAYS more successful than the first
Asked myself this since I was a child thinking they could turn the saiyan race into galactic protectors instead of conquerors
If they ever do revive the Saiyans then they probably could turn them into protectors. Look at Vegeta and how he changed.

Then again look Vegeta, he wasn't a good person either...now look at him
@@Velocity_YT Because vegeta learned humility. Something the entire race never had
@@lapplandkun9273 they've had humility alright. Especially King Vegeta. Why do you think they were following Frieza's orders?
One thing I always found interesting about the Saiyans is that in the Z Saga, they're depicted as brutal, cold-hearted killers; yet in the Super Saga, they actually made them seem somewhat pretty chill. Chalk it up to a planet-killing tyrant cracking the whip upon them to explain the apparent mixed depiction, I suppose.
No, the U7 saiyans still are depicted as cold blooded killers. Bardock even stated that they long before had been conquering planets before frieza took them in to do his dirty work
Should sell the idea as a spin-off series.
A reason I thought never wishing the Saiyans or Planet Vegeta back is maybe Vegeta knows that most of the Saiyans couldn’t adapt to a life on Earth.
"Let a thousand die in every clutch! We will defeat it by climbing atop our dead. That is the krogan way." Okeer Mass effect 2
Not counting the Super DragonBalls I think the earth DragonBalls can only revive up to a year after unnatural death. I don't think the same applies to the Namekian DragonBalls either, but that I always my thought on it as for as the earth DragonBalls go.
You’re right there!
They revived frieza with the earth dragon balls and he’d been dead for like 20 years
I see a lot of people saying bc the saiyans were conquerers & didn’t want to bring em back bc they’d invade & destroy other planets. But him & vegeta are so powerful the saiyans couldn’t even do whatever they wanted.
The universe 7 saiyans were evil. If brought back, they probably would've gone back to their old ways of conquering planets and killing innocents.
True, but they would be pretty weak in the grand schemes of things now to succeed!
Bardock and Gine probably went on paradise, so they could come back, with all the pure hearted saiyans who ever existed (like Yamoshi or a canon Shallot)
Vegeta is a royal figure, so in terms of politics that would be ok with the galactic patrol.
On top of that they have the super dragon balls and the favor of Zeno (He loves great warriors and the idea of other saiyans with the potential of Goku may be interesting to him)
So yeah I think this is quite possible, very unlikely but possible.
They're not coming back at all
I got thoughts about this today while watching frieza destroys the planet
Simple reason: it’s a show
Thats not a very fun answer...
We KNOW vegeta didn’t give a fuck about Nappa haha.
So true 😂
Would be awesome to see vegeta crowned as king or gine with chi chi and pan while goku and bardock spar
I wish they make a arc where Goku, Vegeta and Broly use the Super Dragon Balls to restore Planet Vegeta
Imagine they bring them and start to train them to. Master super saiyan form since now they know the key to achive it.
It's honestly better the way it is, besides since the new Broly movie that came out in 2019 is considered canon. There's no need to wish them back. Especially since Dragon Ball is convoluted as it is when it comes to certain plot points.
If the developers want it to happen then it will lol
The beautiful thing about Dragon Ball is that so many things can happen and there will always be some fans unhappy about it. But remember this, so many timelines exist that I guarantee in at least one of them the Universe 7 saiyans didn’t get destroyed and goku, Vegeta, and Broly are still on planet Vegeta.
Good question!!!!!
I'm afraid the answer is poor writing. Great show watching it as a kid in the 90s but as an adult (33) the show is quite limited.
I have wonder why many because I wonder what their parents would think meeting and seeing their children and grandchildren.
I feel it has to come down to character maturity and growth. Let's talks specifically about Vegeta
I firmly believe young vegeta did have sentimantal feelings for his family, but he's basically a war slave, doesn't know about dragon balls, so what can he do about it?
Also it’s been a couple decades since planet vegeta was destroyed so it’s probably beyond shenrons power.
Remember with namician dragon you have to be careful with hubris in ya wishes careful how you word it
I hope they do bring them back man I don't care I've if there weak I just live there characters like Bardok and king vegeta as well as other saying I would like to see
great
I think that there was a possibility that Goku and Vegeta understood the nature of the old Sayians in that they were more cruel and possibly had a desire to take over other planets and therefore decided not to resurrect them.
Also, I think a good idea for future videos would be to see how the characters differed between BDZ and DBS. I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions.
Vegeta should bring back the planet, and become it's ruler
He would then become the King of all Sayans
Kinda sad to completely disregard their own people.
To be honest the writers won’t bring back the sayain race because they are all named after Vegetables and they would run out of names because there are not that many vegetables
Well the truth is not all saiyan have pure heart😔
Vegeta always yelled out that he's the prince of all Sayians when he has no planet or a race to call it other than Goku. All that talk always annoyed me to the point of him wanting to wish for planet Vegeta.
It's not like any of them beat the z fighters as they are now. Would be too easy to destroy it again or whip them into submission ssj should be more than enough
Ghosts Nappa...
You forgot about Paragus
I dont think its possible for goku and vegeta reviving the saiyans with the dragon balls due to the fact that its stated that shenron cant revive people that are dead longer then a year and since the saiyans are dead for decades by now it would probably mean that shenron cant revive them so yeah thats the answer
Need super dragon balls
Even if the Saiyans were brought back, Frieza would immediately wipe them out again anyways. So no point.
U wanna know why because if they do the tuffles would return in dragon ball super they have consequences for wishing back planet vegeta and the reviving sayions
Well i know im a year late but they did wish them back at the freiza saga they wished all people killed by freiza wouldnt that inplie theat the sayians back
The Saiyan's are far too evil
Only can revive a person within first year they died so no its not up to goku or vegeta so this is pointless low key no to hate on the video good video but this is what was said
Because Toriyama.
I mean, let’s be honest Beerus would’ve destroyed them anyways, so Vegeta wouldn’t want to take that risk of them getting destroyed again especially since the saiyans have their cruel violent nature of attacking and conquering planets
Don't blame on the characters, blame the author
You should think more before posting this dude
they don't care
My head canon is that King Kai is aware many of these Saiyans have latent abilities similar to Goku and the advancement Goku and Vegeta made in the "super saiyan arts" are a very dangerous thing to exist with a planet full of saiyans. I know Toriyama wasn't thinking of this but in real life the second explorer is ALWAYS more successful than the first
grammarly can help
Bad writing
