A lotta people forget how savage Tien was when he was introduced. He stated he could learn any move by watching it once, and his donopa (however you spell his finger beam) was introduced as a quicker and more powerful version of the kamahame wave

Chichi should have been in there too she's probably stronger than Mr Satan and probably stronger than Videl at her peak. krillin states in the anime that she was the strongest woman in the world all the way up until 18 showed up. her power level was stated to be 130 which was even stronger than the crane hermit who knew how to fly and shoot energy blast. But she never got her time to shine because she was pitted against Goku and then settled down with him. if anything I think she could have become the strongest human because she was stronger than all the other humans were when she was there age. and her power level was almost the same as Master roshis, and all she had ever gotten was training from her father. she hadn't trained with Roshi or corin like the others had at that point. And Goku's at that point was only 400 after training with all of them and the god of Earth. and of course being an alien later on. so I sincerely think that Chichi should have also been on this list. Chichi power level was 130 at the tournament when she 19 training with her father. krillins was 206 and that was after five more years of training after the tournament with Master roshi.
Remember when Master Roshi destroyed the moon but couldn't stand Bulma's underwear🤣, those were fun days.

Read title little butterflies: *Dragon Ball* strongest human is a competition between Krillin and Tien while *Dragon Ball Z* strongest human is Uub.
While I like Tien for how regardless of what he's seen he still keeps training I have to say I still like Yamcha more for some reason, even if Z is what I've watched most Yamcha still just has an enjoyable energy to him that I can't help but like.
Technically, Tien should be the most powerful.
I need proof that Tien is human
Shoutout to Yajirobe. If he didn't cut off Great Ape Vegeta's tale (which Krillin failed at), Vegeta may have killed everyone on Earth.
Also if Tien counts, then so do Gohan and Trunks since they're all part-human/part-alien.
I believe the reason Tien can count is because his blood is far more diluted and thus removed from his alien ancestry compared to the half Saiyans, even if it still allows him abilities beyond that of a human. To put it another way Tien is vast majority human whereas Gohan, Goten, and Trucks are only half human and thus hardly that removed from the alien part of their ancestry by comparison.
My only argument for krillin as stronger than tien is, even after forgoing training and becoming a cop, krillin's tactical fighting and ability to use his brain to fight physically stronger enemies forced goku to go SSblue to keep up with him. One could make an argument that, by the time of the tournament, Krillin should have been able to take on someone as powerful as Freiza was back on namek. His base form would be equivalent to a super saiyan. Now, its entirely possible Tien is stronger, but I dont recall seeing any feats of strength or skill post cell games that would indicate that. In addition, while tien might have been training, Krillin is married to 18, who he also trained with to a point that he could keep up with her for a time. He admits she's still stronger than him, but she also pushes him past all previous limits, while tien's regular training partner peaked in the saiyan saga and wasn't even worthy of an honorable mention.
Videl, and Chichi before her, was such a waste of potential. I really wish the show gave a female character the chance to be powerful without making them a joke.
Mr. Satan and Videl are the strongest among the ordinary mortals, Mr. Satan even kicked two assailant's asses.
Tien all the way, but a close race between him and Krillin. And Tien is just such an interesting character.

MR Satan beat Cell and Buu according to Earth's history books
I like to imagine Mr. Satan fought the likes of Spike the Devilman, as he’s said to have participated & won tournaments. Or maybe in the downtime even, Yajarobi even tried to participate again like he did back in the 23rd, losing to Mr. Satan 😂
That would never happen lol, Mr. Satan would get wrecked if he fought those guys.
Overall Krillin is the strongest human. Goku mentioned that Krillin is a great tactician and his techniques are precise, not sloppy.
Since Videl is mentioned cause of ability to use Ki and USB is considered iffy cause of circumstances. There are 2 characters missed that actually hold more importance when looking at their respective fields.
The strongest human without ability to use Ki would be YajiRobe. He was able to cut Vegetas tail off and slice through the planet busting aliens advanced armor even shocking Vegeta himself.
And the other person while having ability to use Ki, he earned that ability a different way proving mind is truly over matter. And if not for him, we wouldn't be where we are today and technically he is still relevant till this day... Dr. Gero. His genius mind and will is responsible for his own ability to use Ki surpassing even Frieza the Warlord of the Universe and creating others like Cell who helped Z fighters get the Zenkai boosts and experience they have.
If it wasn't for Cell and android 16 gohan wouldn't have achieved ss2. And if it wernt for Android 17 Zeno would have destroyed everything.
I think Toriyama stated Mr. Satan is the strongest human without Ki abilities
For me my two favorites are Tenshinhan and Chaozu. In terms of who is the most powerful excluding Oob is Tenshinhan. Think about it- Ten defeated Yamucha, gave a great battle to Kakarrot, faced in courage against Nappa, came to face Freeza and K. Cold although they didn't get the chance to meet but he didn't care how powerful they are he came to fight. Let us also not forget that he pushed Cell back with his Kikoho and saved Gohan from Super Boo. Tenshinhan is a badass beast and a god damn role model!
that's the annoying thing about the Krillin/Tien argument. the "he's a descendant of the three eyed race"
I argue that's a cop-out, if Gohan and even Goku Jr (GT) can be considered Saiyan Warriors, then Tien can be considered Human
And tanking Semi-Perfect Cell is a feat that not even Goku could've done at that time. Tien is the GOAT of humans.

The reason the Saiyan-human hybrids are considered "Siayan Warriors" is obvious... The power that they use to fight is specifically derived from their Saiyan heritage. Additionally, Saiyan genetics appear to be fairly dominant. Particularly, in Gohan who was indistinguishable from a full blood Saiyan as a child.
I'd say there is a valid argument that Tien's Three Eyed ancestry is fairly dominant in him. And further that his greatest power displays are directly related to his Three Eye ancestry. So, I can see why people don't like putting him on human-only lists.
Also... A Saiyan only list would be like 3 characters (if you don't hop universes) if you didn't count the hybrids. So... Padding.

4:33 hercule can pull 70 tons and run at supersonic speed. he scales to like roshi training era goku or thereabouts. in early dragon ball he probably could have gotten to the quarter or semifinals in the 21st tenkaichi budokai

The strongest human is simply 17. He might be a cyborg, but he's still human. And he stated to be super saiyan blue level already. People tend to forget that he's a cyborg and not a robot and even if he's a cyborg he's still human.

@@StareachValcin He isn't able to fully utilize that power though. 17 on the other hand is an exceptional fighter capable of even stalemating far stronger opponents such as Toppo and Jiren. And yeah, I think he should qualify as an earthling, even if he counts as an "artificial human" or 人造人間(which is the actual Japanese term, cyborg is the dub taking liberties with the translation) because even the scientist who remodeled him was one.
Still think krillin is above tien, tien can’t keep up with goku but krillin can hold his own against him during training before the top
...Roshi is a character loved by all of us, certainly has the technical finesse of an unusually long life and the fact that they pulled him out of the mothballs may please the fan, but it can't realistically take him beyond last place. In addition to his teachings, the classic trio had those of two other masters of superior ability and more drastic combat experiences.
Hmm maybe but I don't think he gets the last place. Mr. Satan, Yajirobe, Videl, Yamcha and Chichi exist. Also his final kamehameha is incredible in the tournament of power

Everyone associates the solar flare with krillin but they forget tien created the technique but even the creators have krillin upgrade it in super while tien still uses the same techniques he used back in original dragon ball
Interesting that Chi Chi isnt mentioned in the honorable mentions. Her daily chores to take care of the Son family is insanely intense which would be extreme training to the average human. Have to remember that even in base form Goten was extremely powerful. Chi Chi agreed to train him a bit and couldn't break her offense without actually going Super Sayian; which in return caused Gohan to intervein and take over Goten's training due to protect both parent and sibling. Plus Chi Chi was able to take out low ranking Lieutenants in Tree of Might when Gohan was in trouble, it took a couple of hard hitting blows from a high ranked captain to stop her.
I cant comprehend Krillin being stronger than Tien, it's implied that Tien is still training all the time while Krillin isn't.
It's not how long you train, it's how you train.
You said that yamcha peaks at the cell games and doesn't train again but that is blatantly false. We see him training on the world of the grand kai after he's killed by Buu.
No mention of ChiChi or Yajirobe? Shame.

In super, Krillin’s “arc” goes back to his appearance at the end of dragon ball, before the time skip into Z.
He’s just a person, the most human human. He may not be the strongest, and he may not have the best moves, but he will try his hardest and attempt to step up to anyone without fear. Such as his battle against piccolo. He loses, but he surprises him with his power and skill. In a less respectful manner, but still the same message, this occurs w/Yamcha vs Kami, although this isn’t about him.
Tien on the other hand, never has been portrayed in this manner in the og dragon ball, and I feel these characteristic choices go into Super, even if treated disrespectfully in the anime. Tien has strength, smarts, and skill, while also never stopping his training.
This makes me believe Tien is stronger than Krillin, although this doesn’t make Krillin any less impressive or important. He lost his touch for awhile, but got it back before the TOP, bringing him back to the confidence level & tactical skill of 23rd tournament krillin & arguably early Z krillin.

Chi Chi in Buu Saga she fought with her son Gotekns, this training this fight caused Gotenks to enter the Ssj to defeat her, it means Chi Chi is equal to the Hybrid Sayan which is at a level in Goku Kaioken's Base Form × 10 (Namek) Suppose the rest are more or less of the same strength, but only confirmed by Tien, "fighting" with Buu , so like Chiaotzu or Jamcha may be in the hundreds of thousands or tens of millions .
I'm kinda salty that Videl never got to grow to be close to if not surpass Krillin and Tien. She had the drive and desire to keep up with Gohan and well I guess Gohan infected her with his incompetent laziness. I feel bad for her, her father is Hercule and her husband is a disgrace of a Saiyan.

Saying Master Roshi is Stronger than Yamcha is like sayin Chaotzu is Stronger than Tienshinhan. Stop it. Not to mention, the power scale in the Cell Arc, made it so that every single Z fighter who showed up to fight in the Cell Games Had a power level in the billions place value. We know this because ever since I met a freezer the story narrative dictated and made it mandatory requirement that each and every Z fighter must be exceedingly stronger than the combined power levels of SSJ Goku & Final Form Frieza on Namek.
Further evidence is shown during the cell games itself. When Krillin specifically says that Gohan has been keeping up with the rest of us. This is Gohan we’re talking about the eclipse is the power. But what does also let us know is that they have all significantly surpassed Goku’s and Frieza exceedingly cell from the Frieza arc.
The only two earthlings to did not show up to any of the battle in the cell are, specifically as well as the cell games are Master Roshi & Chaotzu.
Let’s see Yamcha’s power level in the cell games is 4 billion. Perfect Cell 225 Billion. SSJ Goku 3 Billion. SSJ Goku is 150 Billion. The Cell Jrs 75 Billion, are 1/3 Perfect Cell’s p.l. SSJ Teen Gohan 3.3 Billion. SSJ Teen Gohan 165 Billion. SSJ2 Teen Gohan 330 Billion. Super Perfect Cell 260 Billion. Vegeta 1.2 Billion. SSJ Vegeta 60 Billion. F.T. 1 Billion. SSJ F.T. 50 Billion. Piccolo 30 Billion. Tienshinhan 7 Billion. Krillin 5 Billion. Yamcha 4 Billion.
Yamcha has a power level 4 Billion. Master Roshi’s last power level was 139 in the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai. It takes a power level at 300 to destroy the moon minimum. So master Roshi in his buff form, is 300.
For sake of the argument let’s pretend that Yamcha lost 75% of his peak power level 4 Billion in the cell games. Seven years later. His power level would be 1 Billion. That would make him 999,999,700 times stronger than master Roshi in his buff form. Ain’t no way Yamcha weaker than Roshi. Not even on his worst day. Now since it is Canon that master Roshi’s ass pool power level power up came from out of nowhere showed no training all throughout DBZ never find any particular major villain or minor. That stands. Then this stands, Yamcha maintain his peak power level from the cell games throughout the seven years into the Buu arc.
Not only that I have evidence to prove this is most likely what happened. At the end of DBZ or toward the end of DBZ after the 10 years dragon ball super takes place. It showed our heroes and fellow Z fighters appearance. Yumcha and Tienshinhan have not aged at all. This is due to never stopping training and fighting by utilizing their “ki” energy. “Ki” is what Ranch them superhuman supernatural perfect powers and abilities. Not only that it actually stopped the aging process entirely as long as the Warrior is utilizing their “ki” energy. Crillon started to age, this shows people stopped fighting and training. This means he stopped utilizing his “ki” energy for a long period of time, thus causing the aging process to begin.
What’s more, in the Buu arc, Yamcha increases his power level so significantly he surpassed Krillin in the other world. Despite this power up through training in the spiritual realm, Yumcha and Crillon are still relatively close in power level although Yamcha has the edge the slight edge.

Krillin was never even close to Tien. Not at any point in the anime.

Um actually Gohan is technically a human 🤓
One thing I'd like to point out about Hercule, is actually surviving the hit from Cell. Not only did he survive the inital hit, he also survived the rapid flight into the mountain side. And he got up and walked away. We've seen many characters in Dragon Ball, and in early Z that couldn't handle kid Goku or kid Goku. And yet Hercule survived Cell. That's pretty damn impressive for just a regular guy. Makes me wonder how strong he could have been with the right teacher.

Uub is the strongest, we see him fight Goku at the End of Z. Characters in the show state he is getting stronger as he trades blows with Goku.

Didn't crillin appear in the tournament of power or am I wrong about that and if he did he should be way higher on this list. Otherwise besides that I can't disagree with much of what you said. Because at the end of z it definitely wasn't powerful enough to be Much higher but I still think he is more powerful than the videl P master Roshi and the tournament of power could be higher.
